We have a low hanging magnolia tree which was no problem for the first 4 months, one day they stopped weed eating under it leaving weeds clearly untouched. I called him and notified him of the issue and was told "no problem we will take care of it". Three weeks later and weeds were still untouched. I again notified Mike and was then told "we can't reach the weeds and are not getting on our hands and knees to cut your weeds". I explained that this was not a problem for the first 4 months and was told "well now we can't reach under there". I said let's hold off on mowing for the week so I could figure out the best way to handle this (ridiculous) disagreement, however then was told "No, you are just trying to cop out of our service and this is your excuse to do it". The disrespect was to much and I decided to cancel our service. Which I thought would be the end, but was then threatened by, mike who said "don't you worry, we will get your name out there to everyone". I asked what he meant by that and then he hung up the phone on me. I would be very cautious to anyone looking for a yard service, it is true you get what you pay for. The price was good the quality was sub par.
