Don't hire these people. They tore up my yard and both my neighbor's yards. They ran over 2 plants, a gardenia and a bird of paradise and when I complained they practically called me a liar. They were supposed to leave me firewood, 2 weeks later they showed up with a 2 ft by 1 ft pile, pitiful considering the amount of wood they took. They should have used a crane, they didn't and dropped huge pieces onto my property. Don't waste your money. read more

I received a Flyer in the mail for tree service. I called the number and spoke with an office rep and left my information. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Joey and he gathered my information and set up a next day appointment for service. He provided me with a fair quote and we were very happy to have them do the work when they were here. Demetrious, Christian and the entire crew busted their butts for us. I cannot believe how Professional a Bunch of Tree Guys were. Very nice, Very Respectful. They addressed me with respect and carried out all my requests flawlessly. They went above and beyond for us. These guys are scammers. They offered to do my fence after clearing my lot, but after giving them $20k their fence is falling over 5 months later. Their number is now out of service. We had 2 dead pine trees in our backyard that we needed removed. We talked with Andrew and were pleasantly surprised that he and his crew could take the job the next day at 8 a.m. They arrived early and were set up and ready to start on time. We anticipated it would take approximately 3 hours to complete, yet they were done by 9:30 a.m. They first topped one tree and then cut it down along with another dead pine. They also removed all the dead wood/logs, and cleaned up the yard. They were very professional and respectful of our property at all times. We were very pleased with their pricing, as neighbors had paid much more with other companies. I contacted Tree Kings to get an estimate for cutting down a skinny maple tree in my back yard. They came to my house, viewed the tree and quoted me $1,300.00. I thought that was an extremely high price so I called other tree companies. The other estimates I received for the same tree were $350.00, $500.00, and $600.00. They were very professional and quick. Came out with a large crew and removed a large oak and trimmed all the trees.

I've received this business's card a few times on my front door when they've been in the area, but we have had another tree company we worked with. When those contractors retired, I called Tree Kings to get a quote. They happened to be in our area & were able to come out the same day to quote me for the removal of 3 small trees and grinding of 6 stumps (3 fresh/3 old nuisances). I should mention that the stump grinder man arrived 24 hours behind the tree removal crew & that was explained to me & the stumps were handled fine also. On workday, the tree crew literally arrived & finished within an hour. That included the time that they took to move our small play-set out of harm's way & then place it back when the job was completed. They dropped the 3 trees quickly & safely. They had a large crew that worked steadily on cleanup of all debris & loading that onto their truck out front. I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole crew. Best of all they seemed to all work really well as a team, and they were very polite. Anything that I asked or mentioned to anyone on the team was met with a kind reply & "yes ma'am" tacked onto the end. I think manners are a lost trait at times, but not with them. The work done was OK but they didn't finish. I paid an extra 100:00 to have two very small trees removed and they did cut them down ( which took less than 5 minutes) but left them lay there. I have sent a text and talked with them but they say that I told the crew foreman it was OK to just leave them. I would never agree to pay 100.00 for less than 5 minutes work. Tree Kings sent an estimator to Tallahassee, FL, after Hurricane Michael to "help." Unfortunately, their employee, Patrick, managed to string us along long enough to ensure that we couldn't find another tree service to help us. And we were left with a very dangerous condition at our home. I will tell as many as I can not to trust this company. They lied to us and took advantage of our fears during a time that was very stressful in our lives. In fact, as of the writing of this review, there is a 100+ foot pine tree dangling next to our house on a thread of a root. read more

Hey just want to let every one that there is company called Tree Kings that is going to house to house trying to get permission to cut down trees. I do not mind that there are companies that do such work but yesterday my wife was told that they could take down a big oak tree behind our house for a thousand dollars and she ok, but I called our rental company and they said that they would of done it for free. I called the owner of tree kings and ask him why didnt you ask if we rent and he said I dont cause we want to make money. I ask really why and he started to get disrespectful to me when I just gave him a check for 1000. Just want to see if this could help other people in my area not to get hosed by ass holes like them thanks. read more

I recommend them HIGHLY! THESE guys are the best service ever. They showed up on time armed with all kinds of equipment to get the job DONE! It was a complicated list of requirements. They asked our neighbors permission to use their driveway. Then on the other side asked for permission to walk around the perimeter of that neighbors property line. Then managed to remove a fifty something feet tall water oak tree overhanging roofes and power lines. They removed tons and tons of undergrowth just to get to other trees needing removal. They trimmed up fifty feet tall palms. Lifted up the canopy amoungst other things. The guys were like mountain goats. And so very polite from minute one to the last. They hauled away truck five loads! Cleaned up after themselves. Swept and blown the yard. I recommend them highly. The neighbour wanted their business card, too for future tree trimming! read more

A guy named A.J. shows up. He is an "owner".. he and I discuss trimming the top of a tree out . We discussed and agreed on specific branches and pointed them out several times to be clear. We make a deal. Sign a contract. A.J. goes away. The crew shows up. The climber and I discuss the exact branches discussed with A.J. When the climber done I point out that one of the branches we SPECIFICALLY discussed was still there. Long story short, an argument ensues, they refuse to do any more work and I tell them I ain't paying until what we agreed on was done. They finally removed the branch. I put up an extra hundred dollars. So if you like arguing and having threats of liens put on your house then these are your guys. Never saw A.J. again but had to deal with Daryl, the other "owner". People skills ain't his thing. The aggravation overshadowed the great job they finally did. Sad. read more
