I read the other reviews and wow! My experience was completely different. We use this company to…read morecut our palm trees yearly because the previous homeowners recommended them. Last year a bunch of random guys showed up and did a decent job and hauled everything away. This year two guys showed up. They were very professional used ladders and harnesses and did an excellent job (better than last year). Then they cleaned up the yard and had everything hauled away. Looks really great. It's amazing the two different experiences on here. My husband generally stands out and supervises too... My neighbors were ripped off by "tree guys" who got paid left heaps of palm debris in their yards and it was a nightmare finding a company to clean up the mess. I say that because I think finding decent/honest laborers is difficult.

I was hesitant to agree but was assured they would be out in the afternoon to do the job. They never showed up. The following morning I placed a call to the number on the business card that was left with me. After brief discussion I found out they had decided that the agreed upon price was to low and they would not be coming to do the job. So If you get a quote for the job, they may or may not show up. Guess it depends if they get a better offer somewhere else.

I reached out to this company after seeing their advertisement for tree services. I was interested…read morein getting a quote and comparing options before making a decision. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of transparency and communication regarding pricing. The quote I received was significantly higher than multiple other licensed companies I contacted for the same work. The other companies provided similar pricing, included debris removal, and were able to clearly explain what was included in their quotes. When I asked for a breakdown of the $3,000 price so I could understand the difference and what I was paying for, I was not provided with an itemized explanation. Instead, I was told that I could choose another company if I did not like the price. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions when there is a substantial price difference. I understand that every company prices their work differently and that quality work has value. However, transparency and professionalism are also important parts of customer service. Providing a clear explanation of labor, equipment, disposal, and other costs would have helped me make an informed decision. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward because I was not comfortable with the lack of clarity surrounding the quote. I hope future customers have a better experience and are given the information they need to confidently make their decision.
