He always made sure I understood what he was going to do and gained agreement from me prior to executing the work. He was able to work around my schedule and needs, due to having 2 crazy dogs. My house had overgrown trees covering the roof and now it looks like a different house. They finished the job in 4 hours and trimmed, cleared and removed multiple trees. I had this company come out and cut down a tree limb and the couple of months later I found out…read morethey needed a permit and they left the big stump in the back of my yard I called up the company and they said they would take care of it when I talk to the head of the company Shane Patterson he was not very nice to me and said it was my fault and it wasn't anything to do with him because he didn't need to get a permit it was my problem getting the permit yet I'm responsible for the penalties and he's responsible for nothing his employees were wonderful all except for somebody called Matt who stole $1,250 from me because I paid him $1,250 cuz he said I owed him that and not the company which I believed him but he never gave I never got the 1,250 back I never got the tree stump cut down and I never got reimbursed for charges from the city of St Augustine for cutting the tree without permit. All of this employees were absolutely wonderful and did a great job except for Matt who I think they fired. But now I'm stuck with a very big tree stump in the back of my house that Shane Patterson wants nothing to do with.
