My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. Cal Clay, a skilled second-generation tree expert and the owner of Atlantic Tree Service, climbed each palm tree, methodically trimming and cutting from the top down. As he worked his way down, his crew efficiently removed all the debris. In October 2023, we contacted Atlantic Tree Service to remove and grind the stumps of two large 30+ year old maple trees whose roots were encroaching on our foundation, one Washingtonian palm, and four overgrown dahoon holly trees. We knew we had made the right choice as we witnessed the same impressive process we had seen at our neighbors' property months before. In September 2025, we decided to remove all the palmettos and the stumps as our annual landscape clean-up became increasingly challenging due to vines growing throughout the palmettos. Some of our palm trees required trimming as well. We reached out to Atlantic Tree Service once again. However, this time, he impressed us even more with a safer and more efficient process to complete our project. He used a "Spyder Lift" aerial work platform, which is designed to navigate tight spaces, uneven terrain, and delicate surfaces. After the completion and cleanup, our yard looked better than ever. Among the reasons we moved into our new (to us) house in Palm Coast, was the big lot and all the…read moretrees and landscaping. But we quickly learned that the big beautiful pine trees tend to be huge projectiles, with lots of wind or a hurricane. We sought a couple opinions, and opted to use Atlantic, which was a recommendation from the former owner. We ultimately had 10 pines removed, and all the other big trees trimmed back, eliminating any overhangs or dangerous branches. While this is not an inexpensive job, and I hate taking out trees, this is the company to use. They were professional, on time, and cleared up ALL of the trimmings and cut down trees. They even proactively blew some incidential debris off of our neighbor's pool cage. Cal and his crew are the best. Highly recommended!
