The removal of the tree included the stomp removal. In the process of taking down the tree they damaged my neighbors fence. I was promised at least 2 times by Christian that they would take care of this and would grind out the tree stump. I have left messages several times with no response. Service like this is what gives tree removal companies a bad name. My advice is to pay after the job is completly done. He just arrived and did an excellent job in grinding the stomp. In my case I should have called the manger first. Christan is the sales manager. After months of calling, texting, and repeatedly following up for updates, all we received were a few scraps of sod that were not installed properly. I understand mistakes happen. I work in customer service myself. What I don't understand is making promises and then failing to follow through. Based on our experience, I can't recommend Florida's Tree Masters. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.

Stump grinding of several small stumps in preparation for laying sod was done on schedule and did a great job identifying some smaller stumps I had not noticed. After a hurricane he removed the stump of a downed tree and trimmed my palm trees. Good job, reasonably priced, and completed when scheduled. I have been very pleased with their service.

Quoted and accepted and would be back in a few hours. After a few hours I get a call from Doug asking if he could reschedule me till this morning as he had some smaller jobs to knock out. What time in the morning I asked, 8 am Doug replied. 8 am came and went and I reached out to Doug... oh sorry had an emergency call at 5am but will be there shortly. It's now 11:18am and his "partner" calls to give me a line that their climber left and they can't come do the job. If you want to waste your time, pick these guys.
