The removal of the tree included the stomp removal. In the process of taking down the tree they damaged my neighbors fence. I was promised at least 2 times by Christian that they would take care of this and would grind out the tree stump. I have left messages several times with no response. Service like this is what gives tree removal companies a bad name. My advice is to pay after the job is completly done. Wayne Wilson I now have an update....After calling numerious people I finally got to the manager. We spoke about the issue. He promised to have the person that grinds the tree the next afternoon. He just arrived and did an excellent job in grinding the stomp. In my case I should have called the manger first. Christan is the sales manager. He could have passed on the request for the work to be completed. I don't know. I am now waiting for the fence to be repaired. Wayne Wilson
