Corey solicited tree removal when working in my neighborhood. First, there's no soliciting in my subdivision. Second, they provided me with NO paperwork or payment documentation. The HOA Management called me to tell me to not do business with them. Very frustrating that I was taken by Corey. read more

Action Tree Care - Tree Services Near Me - Holly Hill, Florida

Amber, Eli, Corey, Amy, and team are first rate (wish I could remember all their names!). I could follow Amber around all day learning from her. She has PhD-level knowledge and training in her profession as an arborist. Amy was highly responsive in the office, and Eli and Corey coordinated a team that seemed like a Daytona 500 pit crew. They were extremely professional and organized. We live in a jungle-like setting with many tall trees, and Action Tree Care prevented any damage to our house during Hurricane Milton while keeping our jungle-like setting intact. I can't speak highly enough about them. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

We cannot say enough about the services we received today from Action Tree Care. Fast, efficient and friendly, the team made short work of a large job. Immediately upon arriving, the team spread out and got to work, like a well oiled machine, every man knew his task and executed it with skill. My father stood in awe, at not only the speed at which the work was completed, but also the diligence and care that was take to leave our property in better shape than when they arrived. Sometimes you can feel like a burden as the homeowner, but all of our questions were met with smiles and clear explanations. You can tell that these men take pride in what they do, and enjoy working together. We have found our tree guy in Eli and his team. Thank you for making our dream yard dreamy again. read more

I have got to say, I was very impressed. They gave us a fair price, stayed in communications (very important to me) and finished the job quickly and on time. I had 2 trees (with one being between in a 10 ft area between houses) and they took care of both along with trimming some dead branches off another tree, in very short order. I thought I would have to take time off from work as I work from home but they got it done with no interruptions. I don't get to say this often but if I ever need tree service again, I'm calling these guys. read more

Eli, Coleton and all of the team were very professional and polite. They did a fantastic job and very quick ! We had about 7 trees taken out and 3 large palms trimmed. They are the BEST tree service we have ever used ! The price was very reasonable and they took great care for our lawn. I would highly recommend using Eli and his team. It's hard to find great customer service so glad our neighbor referred us to Action Tre Care !! read more

We needed quite a bit of work done and the quotes that we were getting where outrageous! Until we came across Action Tree Care (Holly Hill). They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When they arrived and took note of what needed to be done and got right to it with great detail. They have great communication skills; the men on the ground guided the men in the trees and vice versa. All the men working the site where very clean and respectful. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything even areas that they had nothing to do. Which we were very grateful. We would like to express our gratitude and when we need work done again we defiantly will be calling. ATTENTION TO THE PUBLIC: DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING AROUND AND CALL Action Tree Care of Holly Hill. Trust me you won't regret it! read more

This was the absolute best experience I have had with tree care. Eli Dixon and his crew came and cut down several trees. They took great care not to tear up the lawn. They did a magnificent job at a very reasonable price. All the workers were very polite and friendly. I will refer them to anyone needing tree service. Thanks for such a good job. read more

These guys did an amazing job...from Christian arriving for the estimate to the clean up after removing a tree no one else would touch. They were respectful and communicated all along the process. Will use them any time I have tree work. Also, which I thought was so cool, these guys went to the Panhandle 3 times to help after the hurricanes. So...great price, great work, great experience. read more

This company came to my property for a second time and did a spectacular job of big branch trimming and removal. I have owned this house for 10 years and over that time had a couple of tree services that were not so good. I finally found Action Tree Care and should have called them the first time. They are professional, they keep their word and they do a great clean up on the way out. Kudos to the crew and their leader. I won't be calling anyone else. read more

We very highly recommend Action Tree Care. We needed 5 trees removed and took prices and checked out 3 different companies. Action Tree Care had the best by far price, gave us their insurance info, were courteous and on time. We ended up having 8 trees removed at a very reasonable price. As I said, they were on time, friendly, courteous and cleaned everything up. Plus they were so fast with a big crew! Our neighbor had one tree removed right before we had our work done and it took his guy a couple of days (working only a few hours a day). Very frustrating for them. Action Tree Care took about 6 hours total and did an excellent, super great, fantastic job! We couldn't be happier and will use them on future tree work. Our yard looks fabulous! As I said, they cleaned up everything and removed it all and were very careful using rubber ties on their equipment so as not to ruin or damage the lawn. We had exposed sprinkler pipes that they had to go over, down a slope, and they said they would fix them if they accidentally broke, but they took care using a wood plank to cover them so no problem after all. They were careful about our landscaping as they cut big trees down in sometimes difficult spaces. They removed four 35' - 40' tall palm trees from our front area and there was a little tiny bit of damage on the concrete driveway - very very minimal - but they pointed it out and had someone come and fix it two days later. Hardly worth mentioning but they take responsibility, which is very commendable, and quickly took care of it. Those trees were so tall and so heavy! They were very very careful but things happen. They asked where our septic system was before they started so they are very aware to prevent any problems. Very professional. Very excellent work. On time. Fast. Aware. Insured. Responsible. Clean. read more
