She has PhD-level knowledge and training in her profession as an arborist. Amy was highly responsive in the office, and Eli and Corey coordinated a team that seemed like a Daytona 500 pit crew. They were extremely professional and organized. We live in a jungle-like setting with many tall trees, and Action Tree Care prevented any damage to our house during Hurricane Milton while keeping our jungle-like setting intact. I have got to say, I was very impressed. They gave us a fair price, stayed in communications (very important to me) and finished the job quickly and on time. I had 2 trees (with one being between in a 10 ft area between houses) and they took care of both along with trimming some dead branches off another tree, in very short order. I thought I would have to take time off from work as I work from home but they got it done with no interruptions. We needed quite a bit of work done and the quotes that we were getting where outrageous! Until we came across Action Tree Care (Holly Hill). They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When they arrived and took note of what needed to be done and got right to it with great detail. They have great communication skills; the men on the ground guided the men in the trees and vice versa. All the men working the site where very clean and respectful. I have owned this house for 10 years and over that time had a couple of tree services that were not so good. I finally found Action Tree Care and should have called them the first time. We very highly recommend Action Tree Care. We needed 5 trees removed and took prices and checked out 3 different companies. Action Tree Care had the best by far price, gave us their insurance info, were courteous and on time. We ended up having 8 trees removed at a very reasonable price. As I said, they were on time, friendly, courteous and cleaned everything up. Plus they were so fast with a big crew! Our neighbor had one tree removed right before we had our work done and it took his guy a couple of days (working only a few hours a day). Very frustrating for them. Action Tree Care took about 6 hours total and did an excellent, super great, fantastic job! We couldn't be happier and will use them on future tree work. Our yard looks fabulous! As I said, they cleaned up everything and removed it all and were very careful using rubber ties on their equipment so as not to ruin or damage the lawn. We had exposed sprinkler pipes that they had to go over, down a slope, and they said they would fix them if they accidentally broke, but they took care using a wood plank to cover them so no problem after all. They were careful about our landscaping as they cut big trees down in sometimes difficult spaces. They removed four 35' - 40' tall palm trees from our front area and there was a little tiny bit of damage on the concrete driveway - very very minimal - but they pointed it out and had someone come and fix it two days later. Hardly worth mentioning but they take responsibility, which is very commendable, and quickly took care of it. Those trees were so tall and so heavy! They were very very careful but things happen. They asked where our septic system was before they started so they are very aware to prevent any problems. Very professional. Very excellent work. On time. Fast. Aware. Insured. Responsible.
