Austin responded promptly to our request on Yelp and provided us with an excellent quote for his services. He provided us with many photos for FEMA of the damage done and stayed in constant communication with my wife about this project. I wish all businesses were as professional and courteous as Austin and his crew. They did an excellent job at carefully removing the trees and hauled away the debris. Not only that, but they tacked down a large tarp on the roof of the home to protect the roof from further weather damage and trimmed up a nearby palm tree at no cost. Could you ask for anything more??? I don't think so. I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.
