Elvis did my neighbors' trees yesterday in Pelican Bay. At first he was polite when I expressed concern of my mulch & rock bed w/fragile mini-trees under the spreading branches of a tree near the property line. Later when I hesitated to allow his bucket truck to work from my driveway, he shared his hard drug abuse history citing he was "clean" and "deserved a chance". When I told him no, referencing that his guys were in my mulch, which to be fair, is difficult to avoid when the crew is working hard, he purposefully and spitefully stomped across my mulch bed digging in his boots. Late afternoon I saw a crew member leave my back yard from bushes by the creek. I found napkins there so I approached the young man and asked him if he defecated in the creek on my property. He admitted he was intending such but actually did not. (?) I told him to retrieve the napkins. I told the supervisor Michael, Elvis' stepson about it, who, while previously being polite to me, cursed his guys intermittently above the noise to "Get to f**kin' work!". I most certainly did not appreciate that. Regardless, Mike told me he was not responsible for his guy "sh*tting in my back yard". After they left, I discovered the napkins tossed in the waters edge. The work itself looked OK. They managed to trim the branches near my roof without the truck. (and the trees in her backyard without the truck as well) Elvis had told me the $ price and it was competitive. To my understanding, my neighbor is upset I declined to allow the bucket truck to work above my mulch bed as she was "paying for it". That is unfortunate. She is recently widowed. With hurricane season almost here,my wife and I were worried about the increasing height of the pine tree in our front yard. Seven trees were nearly 100 feet tall and capable of reaching our house should they be blown over. I called Elvis and he arrived with his crew during a break in the rains. They quickly removed the seven trees plus two large dead pines with very little damage to surrounding vegetation.As a team, they cut up and removed the logs,chipped all of the branches and raked the entire work area. We are relatively new to the Palm Coast area and picked Elvis Tree Climber to do tree removal for us. We had approximately 50 trees to remove and I cannot say enough good about Elvis and his crew!! Elvis and his crew did an excellent job July 1, 2022 on all of our very large oak trees and palm trees. Everyone arrived at scheduled time and worked until the entire job was done, including clean-up of yard. Crew had a chipper, so all large limbs and branches were removed from our property and immediately went into chipper. The lawn was raked clean. Our tree fell during hurricane Dorian. James, from Elvis tree climber, came out to give us a free estimate. He was the only company to actually give me a written estimate instead of a verbal estimate. Elvis came out three days after his estimate and removed the fallen tree and cut the remaining tree to a stump. It took his crew less than 45 minutes.
