Stopped by The Arboretum after a friend recommended it, and I was impressed by the variety. Tons of healthy plants, especially native and Florida-friendly options, and the layout made it easy to browse. The staff was friendly and genuinely knowledgeable not just trying to upsell. Prices were a little higher than I expected on some items, but the quality made up for it in most cases. Definitely better than big box stores if you're looking for well-cared-for plants and real advice. Worth a visit if you're planning a garden or just plant-obsessed like me. read more

Ok- besides the awesome service and amazing prices- this photo was taken 1/10/24...well after Christmas and this tree still isn't dropping any needles! This is the first real tree I've had in years after being over charged for poor quality trees elsewhere previously.. I thought I posted this review but before. This is a great nursery and the owner is an incredible resource. I have brought clippings in for identification and help with care and he has always been helpful weather I was buying or not. He has a massive selection of plants that will all work in this area. Tell him where you are planting and what you want the plant to accomplish (Shade, ground cover, sent...) and he will give you several choices to choose from. If you ask for something else he will let you know why it will not work so you do not waist your money. It is closed on Monday so call before driving out this far on 40. read more

Our house needed new plants for the front and I was recommended to go to a nursery in Daytona, after reading the reviews decided not to go but found arboretum with awesome reviews! I was very impressed with John the owner and how helpful he was! He helped pick plants that are sturdy and told me how to water them and was the beat ever! Don't go to Lowe's or Home Depot! Go to the Aboretum! He will tell you everything about the plants you are looking for! read more
