Every purchase has been a good experience. The Perez family have a very nice assortment of trees, and at reasonable prices. My only advice is whenever you are arriving at the nursery, or departing. Please be mindful that there are two sets of Amtrak railroad tracks directly in front of the entrance and you have to be very careful to check both directions prior to crossing. Yesterday when we were leaving, it is by the grace of God that we didn't get smacked by a southbound train traveling at a very fast speed. I have attached two photos I screen grabbed from Google Earth of the driveway leading into the Perez Nursery. It appears to show 2 train crossing signs, one entering and one departing. Also the one photo shows a longer perspective of the train tracks. As you can see, the canopy of trees makes it a bit challenging to see a southbound approaching train that's traveling at such a high rate of speed, before you know it it's right on top of you. Someone was definitely looking out for that day, feeling blessed that nothing terrible happened. The five star rating is for their inventory and service, not the arrival or departure.

They have always been super helpful and have almost everything I have been looking for. They have different gallon pot sizes too so you have more options for your wallet. Most years they have a walk through area with the most popular potted plants including roses and a variety of other flowering shrubs. I recomend this place very highly.

They have a large selection of palms and tropical plants including some very rare varieties that you wont commonly find at other nurseries. When you mention Big League, Tommy or "The Farm" plant people know what you are talking about. They always have a great selection and great prices. You can but plants and do it yourself or have Tommy come out and design and plant your garden for you. Always fun just to stop by and look around. I rarely leave empty handed.
