Every Friday they offer fresh, wrapped to your request pieces at 1/2 off. The $20 bouquet is really $40 worth of stems and greens. While there, I often pick up reasonable (full-priced) gift arrangements for friends. When I walked in the store just prior to Valentines Day the staff were busy but I waited just seconds for someone to help me pick stems, wrap my flowers and send me on my way. My car smelled wonderful on the ride home. This business is consistently good, has a friendly staff and is reasonably priced. I would give more stars if possible. read more

Helpful Staff. Caution: Be VERY specific in conversation about what you will be getting. Don't presume that the upgrading option ($30 additional) of your flower arrangement order will look any more special than the featured photo, because it won't. Don't presume that a tabletop arrangement picture that you see on their site will look pretty in the back, as mine did not. I can tell you that the tabletop arrangements will need to be placed against a wall, and not in the center of a table. The staff is pleasant to deal with, which can make you presume that your order will be handled in a special way, but sadly, not so for me. read more

I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day. Delivery was specified for Friday, May 11th. When I didn't hear from her, I asked her about it and she said it hadn't been delivered. I contacted the shop about it, and they said the system indicated "flex delivery". I never specified that nor did my order receipt indicate flex delivery. My mom did get the arrangement on Sunday, May 13th. I emailed the shop about the flex delivery issue but didn't hear back. I get that Mother's Day is busy for florists, but at least be upfront about it if the delivery date is going to be different. The arrangement my mother received is gorgeous, so I'd recommend them for that. Just be really sure your arrangement is going to be delivered when you expect it to be. read more

Worst wreaths ever. Purchased three Christmas wreaths, when my husband walked in with them he said, you are not going to be happy. He was right, the wreaths were ugly, nothing I wanted to hang on the doors. My husband ordered an arrangement from Simply Roses to be sent to Port Orange for my uncle's funeral last weekend. We live in Jacksonville, and ordered over the phone. My parents and brother also ordered flowers, but they worked with Port Orange Florist in Port Orange. They spent $100 for each of their arrangements, and my husband paid $74 for ours. When we got to the funeral home, I was extremely embarrassed.
