DESERVES NEGATIVE START ABSOLUTE GARBAGE- ZERO HUMAN DECENCY…read more I was sent A funeral arrangement for my son From a family Friend FTD The first arrangement arrived completely dead and rotting within two days of receiving it. When I complained, instead of correcting it with respect for a grieving family, they sent out a horrific "duplicate replacement" that was yellow, orange, and covered in bright pink bows. Sending clownish, neon-bright birthday colors for a child's death is insulting, incompetent, and completely unhinged. When confronted, the man running this shop was incredibly rude, aggressive, and uncaring. He told me to just "deal with it" and that "I got what I got." is run by a cruel, heartless monster. Do not trust them with your money, and especially do not trust them with your sympathy or funeral needs. They will ruin your event and attack you for speaking up.

Let's face it, you hope you get something, even if it's a "greeting card holiday". I love to gush about my husband, he's kind, caring, and just amazing. So no surprise when he surprised me with flowers. I was about to leave the garage when I saw a delivery van parked outside of our driveaway. The young guy delivering flowers said, "Are you Carla?" He gave me my flowers and was on my way. The arrangement is beautiful, lots of beautiful flowers in the hues of pinks, reds, purples, and whites. Just pretty all around. If you ask me what the best part of the flowers would be, I'd have to say the card from my husband. Pros: -Beautiful arrangement -Received flowers via delivery -Delivery guy was masked -My husband Cons: -The delivery guy's choice in music (it was hardcore metal), not my taste, but to eat their own. Tips: Flowers are always a nice way to say someone is thinking about you.

Every day I have the opportunity to assist customers beyond simply choosing plants--I enjoy listening to their goals, sharing practical gardening knowledge, and helping them feel confident in creating healthy, beautiful outdoor spaces. I've experienced a workplace where teamwork, honesty, respect, and continual learning are valued. Gardening has reminded me that growth takes patience, consistency, and care, and I try to bring those same qualities into every interaction with customers. Whether someone is an experienced gardener or buying their very first plant, I want each person to leave feeling welcomed, encouraged, and inspired. It's rewarding to be part of a nursery that allows me to share my passion for plants and the positive impact they have on our lives.

There is nothing wrong with how they run their business and you just gotta take it like it is. They are expressly knowledgeable and are cheaper than southern horticulture. Mr Lambert has an extensive collection of plants that will not be found at a big box store. I buy my plants that are suited for our area there like Dune Daisies. This flower cannot be found anywhere else in Saint Augustine. His prices are not cheap but he only keeps what sells quickly and they are cared for. I hired them to come and plant a fig, avocado and olive tree. It was $100 per tree. I tried to negotiate but he pays his aging staff $25 a hour. No kids here working. That is far. It's hard work. This shop had a beautiful selection -- there was one arrangement in particular I had my heart set on -- but I was told they didn't deliver to her zip code. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Brooke, who was kind and empathetic as I explained how hard it was to find a florist that could reach her area. We eventually hung up with me still searching. Then, within moments, she called me back. The owner, Larise, had heard about my situation and wanted to make it happen anyway. They took my order and delivered the flowers to my mother-in-law's door for Mother's Day. That kind of generosity doesn't go unnoticed. My MiL loved the arrangement, and honestly, it made my day too. Thank you for going above and beyond -- this is exactly the kind of local business worth supporting.

A day or so later she got back to me- she was sick with flu and had been hospitalized. Therefore, no orders were going out. Okay, I am sympathetic to that, sort of. Anyway, she also said she'd deliver a complimentary bouquet when she got back to the office AND, of course, no brainer, credit my account the 138.00. Guess what? It's been 2 weeks, neither of those things have happened. The charge certainly was posted, no problem at all, immediately, sick or not, I got charged. The credit? Hmmm....seems to be AWOL. I am wasting yet more of my time Monday morning on hold with my Visa card bank.
