They ordered in some colors that I was interested in, but they didn't tell me that if I didn't like them, that there would be a 10% restocking fee. When I pointed out that they hadn't warned me about this, they weren't very pleasant. They rescinded their offer of a discount because of the size of my order (almost $1,000), even though I did finally get the same pieces in a different color. Later, I ordered a casserole baker ($200). They never called to tell me that it had come in. When I finally went to the store and asked, they gave it to me, and then warned me that it couldn't be put in the oven until it had soaked in water for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, that wouldn't be much use to me, so I returned it. The worst part was their lack of communication. When I pointed out all the misunderstandings, they pretty much ignored my emails and ignored me, though I tried very hard to be polite and professional. I can't believe that any store owner would purposely ignore a customer who had provided that much business! I will not shop at this store again.
