Friendly and helpful and they got the order right. I had a positive experience this morning getting a coffee for the road and a donut for each of us. This Dunkin does have a drive through but the Sprinter van is too tall so I parked in the shopping plaza and headed inside. The young man working the register was polite and efficient, adding the requested ice cubes to my coffee. He even put the two donuts in a box rather than the usual bag. Went through the drive thru and ordered a boston creme and a coolatta and instead they gave me a plain donut nothing on it no filling just a bare naked donut and no receipt but when i went back to ask for my donut that i ordered i expected them to ask for the receipt that they never gave me. Nope they just gave me 2 free boston creme donuts without proving that what i told them was true. I have never had a good experience at this dunkin and i will never recommend going here ever. I come to this specific Dunkin because it's like 3 minutes from my house! I'm usually super early in the morning but on Halloween I went in a little later and found this super cute donut girl lol I asked if I could take a picture (very polite younger employees that work here) Sometimes the wait sucks during the day because there are so many older retired people in the area so it's ALWAYS busy! To be honest, I've been disappointed 8 of the last 11 times I went to #Dunkin' & Sarah made it right, each time of the last 3, when I finally called to make order inaccuracies, known. Stopped this morning to get a cold brew and an ice water. The ice water tasted a little funky, I look in the cup and 3-4 mold flakes are moving around the cup. Many smaller ones that are harder to see as well. Apparently the ice machines or the lines need to be cleaned out. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable with the amount of business they do this should never happen. Update: Went back in to the store to let them know and show them the mold flakes. The workers went and got the manager out of the back and she insisted they were coffee grinds. They most definitely were not solid like coffee grinds, they were flakey floating pieces. She asked me "What do you want another water?" I said no and told her I wanted to let her know their lines or ice machine needs to be cleaned and she walked away. This is probably one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Their coffee and donuts are really good, while the sandwiches are okay. However, the service is fantastic. The staff are very nice, generous, and friendly. The exterior looks plain, but the interior looks clean and beautiful. Orders are quick, easy, and simple! I was on the way to Daytona Beach and decided to make a stop for quick snack. I ordered the hot chocolate with whipped cream, which tasted amazing! I also ordered a few sandwiches, which tasted okay. The sandwiches were not hot and fresh. Likewise, the hash browns were soft, not crunchy and didn't look fresh. I also order some donuts, which tasted good! I understand that this is a fast food chain, so do not expect your food to be high quality. Overall, this place is great for a quick snack. Parking is spacious, so there is no difficulty with parking. The drive thru is always busy, but the line moves very quick. I will be back for more! read more

I should've left when I seen no donuts on the shelves and only a handful on a rolling rack at 4pm. They were mopping the floors and looked like they were closing up but when i asked they said they were open for a few more hours. It took forever to get waited on because the employee was talking to her friend that came in. If this were my business, I'd be cleaning house. At minimum, they need better supervision. read more

DO NOT GO - HORRENDOUS SERVICE - i ordered 2 almond milk iced cappuccinos. Came to get a delicious caramel coconut (girls scouts style) coffee for my husband and myself. They had me pull up in drivethru so others could get their items while we waited on my coffees. Finally brought them out, with sleeves around the coffee cups and all. Drive back and didn't drink any until I returned to my husband, thinking it was hot. It is literally a 4 minute drive. This is a great place to go if you are looking for a hot cup of coffee with just cream and sugar. Do not go to this location if you plan on ordering anything more than that. The service is fast but almost always wrong. They focus on speed rather than quality. I have consistently been dissapointed with my drive thru orders at this location. They used to be my favorite spot!! I am regular, they know me by name, but the last few months they've really been struggling. I don't know if it's new management or what, but now I can't seem to get my order out on time, if my order is even right at all. It doesn't matter if I place the order online or call in, the order will always be late. Sometimes they forget to give me whole items that I've purchased ! causing me to go back 2x times to get it right. Even when it's clearly stated on the receipt. I come here almost every morning and I love it here!! The staff is so sweet and kind. They never get my order wrong and are quick. They are usually packed in the morning and there's a huge line but they do a great job and getting everyone's orders out quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, they always have my favorite donut( sugar raised) and if they don't have any, they make them on the spot which is awesome!! Highly recommend if I'm the area!! My and my friend just went through the drive through and the lady who "helped" us was very argumentative. I've worked in customer service half my life and I can't imagine ever arguing with a customer. Sorry lady, the customer is always right whether you think they are or not. I ordered an iced peppermint mocha and a doughnut for my friend and a breakfast meal WITH an iced coffee for myself. Somewhere while I was ordering, she got confused. Might be because their intercom barely works? Anyway, I ordered my meal with the coffee she then asked me, how many coffees do you want? And my thought was.. "Um, I want the two coffees I ordered. Is this like give the customer all the coffees they want day?" So I said, just the one ice coffee AND the peppermint mocha. Again, the intercom was barely functioning. I get up to the window, pay, get our order and pull away from the window. Then I realized I only got the peppermint mocha coffee. So I pull back around to tell her that I only got one coffee. This is when she told me I only ordered one. I absolutely ordered two coffees. One peppermint coffee AND one iced coffee with cream and sugar which came with my meal. Instead of putting the "customer is always right" rule into play, she argued with me back and forth telling me I only ordered one. If i was the one working, do you know how I would have handled it? "Oh I'm so sorry ma'am. Let me get that coffee for you free of charge since it was my mistake. I'm so sorry." But no. We went back and forth about 4 or 5 times. UNBELIEVABLE! So now I'm sitting here without my coffee and totally annoyed by her lack of customer service. Poor customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. I wont be going back. Not if that's how they treat their customers. Dear lady at Dunkin Donuts, I'm sorry that you work long nights. I'm sure you were tired and maybe you had some life stuff on your mind. On August 5th around 6:30'ish PM we tried this location for first time since the Palm Coast Pkwy location burned down. My wife and I came in for a donut and coffee after a great dinner at Carrabbas. We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before a young dark haired girl came to counter with an attitude! Totally made us feel as though we were bothering her for being there , definite attitude problem. Went via Drive Through window, which I am always skeptical of as they always screw up the order somehow. This wasn't the case this time. My order was taken perfectly for 2 Adults and 2 Kids. GOD BLESS THIS PLACE! Out of no where at 8:30 p.m. on Monday 4/27/2015 my wife says "I'm in the mood for a donut" and I say "I'll go get you some". She never says that and I would never go get them but this happened. I get to Dunkin Donuts, go inside and they have "buy 6 get 6 free" so I buy a dozen. I never would have bought a dozen but they were on sale. When I walked out some guy sitting in the dark at the end of the parking lot yells "that looks good and I'm hungry" so I drove over to where he was, got out and gave him some donuts. P.S.
