This is the most disgustingly made grilled cheese ever. Now they are asking for tips before you even get order on the drive through.

Every time I come there they always burn the cheese on any sandwich like the grilled cheese. It's not their oven, but it's the people that work there. They always forget that they put the bread in the toaster and it makes the sandwich inedible.

Fresh Pumpkin Donut... yum.m. but the Pumpkin Coffee SUCKS!! Seriously disgusting foamy chemical yuk

Sarah... a dedicated manager & employee I would hire in a #NewYork minute... and hopefully be able to clone! To be honest, I've been disappointed 8 of the last 11 times I went to #Dunkin' & Sarah made it right, each time of the last 3, when I finally called to make order inaccuracies, known. Last time in time, I got a hot brew that was half full, plus wrong donuts with Sprinkles out of the two dozen, for an event. Called the store, she said come back through & she'd make it right. Returned & was stoked to get the larger cup of coffee I did order & that turned out to be one ofcthe better brews I've had in a long time, other than of my own making. So yes... bc of an intelligent & attentive, customer-focused employee, Dunkin' has been moved up 2 + Stars.

Stopped this morning to get a cold brew and an ice water. The ice water tasted a little funky, I look in the cup and 3-4 mold flakes are moving around the cup. Many smaller ones that are harder to see as well. Apparently the ice machines or the lines need to be cleaned out. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable with the amount of business they do this should never happen. Update: Went back in to the store to let them know and show them the mold flakes. The workers went and got the manager out of the back and she insisted they were coffee grinds. They most definitely were not solid like coffee grinds, they were flakey floating pieces. She asked me "What do you want another water?" I said no and told her I wanted to let her know their lines or ice machine needs to be cleaned and she walked away. Won't be going to this Dunkin' anymore. Unbelievable.

    BEC croissant

I like DD, but their breakfast sandwiches are not good. Always check your food when ordering from drive thru. My BEC croissant was dry and burnt. This location needs better management. I will back for my coffee drinks:)

This is probably one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Their coffee and donuts are really good, while the sandwiches are okay. However, the service is fantastic. The staff are very nice, generous, and friendly. The exterior looks plain, but the interior looks clean and beautiful. Orders are quick, easy, and simple! I was on the way to Daytona Beach and decided to make a stop for quick snack. I ordered the hot chocolate with whipped cream, which tasted amazing! I also ordered a few sandwiches, which tasted okay. The sandwiches were not hot and fresh. Likewise, the hash browns were soft, not crunchy and didn't look fresh. I also order some donuts, which tasted good! I understand that this is a fast food chain, so do not expect your food to be high quality. Overall, this place is great for a quick snack. Parking is spacious, so there is no difficulty with parking. The drive thru is always busy, but the line moves very quick. I will be back for more!

Went through drive up and they added coffee to cup and handed this gross cup back to me spilling all over my interior of car

Not a good shop to visit they are always out of blueberry muffins but have plenty of the unpopular ones along with the drive up workers have no pride in their work especially around 230 pm when the manager or owner is not there , this was not acceptable by any Dunkin brand .. this is a model of what NOT to hand to your guests

An example of the hashbrowns you will be served

I also ordered an off the menu "special" .. owner said there's a first for everything and it was a crepe with the 3 cheeses (all except royal) melted with egg & it was actually very comforting and good. The signature cinnamon crunch coffee was what my husband ordered and he loved it. A little sweeter for my pallet but my cappuccino was perfect and the coffee beans were so fresh and grounded individually for each drink. The ambience was very relaxed quiet vibe - good for coffee lovers and people who just want some peace and quiet sometimes.. aka me. Cute Vibe and Nice People, But the Food Doesn't Match the Hype (or the Prices)…read more I live right around the corner and I *really* wanted this place to be my neighborhood go-to. The café itself is adorable, the staff is genuinely warm and friendly every time I go in, and the backyard patio is legitimately one of the best outdoor seating spots in the area -- shaded, relaxed, and perfect for lingering with a book or catching up with a friend. That part is spot-on. Unfortunately, the food keeps letting me down. The almond croissants taste exactly like Pillsbury crescent rolls with some almond paste squeezed inside -- flaky but not in the good, buttery, laminated way you expect from a real French-style croissant. The bagels are advertised as "NY-style," flown in from NY - but they're missing that signature chew and density; they're soft and almost bready (and $4.50 a piece!). I've also tried a couple of the sandwiches and they're just... fine. Nothing I'd go out of my way for. The prices are honestly outrageous for what you get. I'm always surprised at how packed the place is, but I guess people are coming for the cute factor and the patio more than the pastries. (I've never tried the coffee, so maybe that's the secret star of the show -- I'll update if I do.) Bottom line: If you're in the neighborhood and want a pretty place to sit outside with friendly counter people, this spot is worth it. Just don't go expecting standout baked goods, sandwiches or bagels. I'm still rooting for them to step it up -- the location and atmosphere deserve better food. Fingers crossed they tighten up their products, because I'd love to become a regular.

Friendly stop for gluten-free & dairy-free desserts in Flagler Beach…read more We stopped by Flagler Tea Company mid-morning -- not for tea (though they have plenty!) -- but because at 10am, we were unapologetically on the hunt for dessert. Our son's 20th birthday dinner was later that evening, and since his girlfriend is gluten-free, we wanted to surprise her with something she could enjoy. We chatted with the daughter of the owner, who was so friendly and informative. Her mom (the owner) is gluten-free, but she's not -- so they intentionally aim to make their GF recipes taste as close to the "regular" versions as possible. I really appreciated the care and thought that goes into that! They offer gluten-free and dairy-free treats, including cupcakes, donuts, macaroons, cake and brownie slices, and more. They also take custom orders for special occasions, which is great to know for future birthdays or events. We picked up two macaroons (around $6 and change for both). They were delicate, chewy, and our birthday guest enjoyed them! While we didn't personally try them, she gave them a thumbs-up. Even though we don't have any food allergies, I love when a small local spot puts effort into making everyone feel included. Supporting businesses that do that well always feels good. Looking forward to going back soon -- maybe next time for tea and a cupcake.

The staff just isn't the friendliest in town. The interactions often feel very transactional: you're here to buy a product and I'm here to hand it to you. No greeting when entering, no real warmth when leaving -- just neutral service. It's a bit surprising when you learn the businesses are owned by a local pastor. You would assume making customers feel welcomed would be a top priority. That said, during today's visit we did see what great service could look like. A regular customer walked in and one employee greeted her enthusiastically while another double-checked her order because it wasn't her "usual." That was wonderful to see -- I just wish that same energy was given to everyone walking through the door. Now for the reason we came today. Each day they post a "name of the day" on Facebook where someone with that name gets a free donut or ice cream from their sister shop. I follow along and love letting friends know when their name pops up. I've even redeemed one myself before. It's just one of those small things that makes people smile. On Sundays we usually grab breakfast somewhere on the way to church. Last week I saw their March specialty donuts posted and one looked like something our daughter would really enjoy, so we made a detour from our usual (and cheaper) breakfast spot to stop here. And to give credit where it's due -- the donuts themselves are fantastic. They're creative, fun, and genuinely delicious specialty donuts. Not your average donut shop offering. On quality alone, the donuts are easily 5 stars. Clearly a lot of people love this place, and I can understand why -- the donuts are excellent. I just wish the everyday customer experience matched the quality of the product.
