Diane the manger is HORRIBLE! Within a week she was rude to me twice! The first time she started getting upset with me because when I placed my mobile order, I didn't select drive-through but once she looked at the ticket, she realized I did select drive-through and clapped at me like I was a two-year-old when I pulled up to the window maybe she should pay attention before you starts criticizing others then I go yesterday go back through the drive-through. My order was not ready yet and she made it out to be my fault. I ended up never getting my order because of how rude she was through the drive-through. This location is horrible. Dislocation is close to where I live. The people that work there are nice. After I order, I get my drinks promptly majority of the time correctly. The only hiccup is that the line is super long almost every time I go and the location of the parking lot is poorly done. read more

Been coming here for about 6 years on and off I always loved Starbucks coffee were ever I visit Ia town I look for them and I always get a venty French sugar free French vanilla Hot , or a Hot mocha with two sugars , they always get it right.Their coffee is smooth never bitter, or over powering you can tell they use great coffee beans , and yes you pay for all that stuff , they have and excellent staff there friendly they seem to work together well , the only problem is the early traffic jams all morning long , it's murder to get a parking spot , Yes people it's a nightmare the line never ends outside and inside anyways for me it's worth the wait , they don't take long , their breakfast sandwiches are all good they have a dissent selection good sitting inside and a bit more outside that people seem to like . read more

3.5 Quick stop on a road trip for a late breakfast. Crowded both in the drive thru and inside, but didn't have to wait long and ordered a lot (3 drinks, 4 sandwiches). Drinks: Pink Drink, Dragonfruit (out of the pieces so white in color), and the pineapple one. The pink was the fave, but all were good. Sandwiches: Chicken, Egg, maple butter. Drive thru review only We stopped off here on our way home from St Augustine and grabbed a coffee for the drive. The line was a few cars deep but it moved quickly. Staff was friendly from the start to the end. We got two coffee called and two coffees. Everything was as ordered. I wish they would have heated the coffee called a little longer as they were just warm, not hot. Nothing huge though. It's an easy entry and exit location that's right by the interstate. I go to this Starbucks frequently and ever since the remodeling from the prior building, this Starbucks is the better one of Palm Coast. The staff has always been super friendly whether it's 5am or 9pm they always have a smile on their face and will make your order correctly. I can't say I have had any issues with this location and it's nice to see management helping when they are busy. read more

For the exact last two days, I have gone to this hard to get in and out of what you call a parking lot at this Starbucks. As I tried to order the same things from breakfast items to the cake pops. They were out of everything again same thing happened the day before. There was no go to play at all, how can you be out of everything and wouldn't you just learn from that? We pride ourselves with the 'I only work here' attitude. Following a big order I asked for a two piece cup carrier. Yesterday this seemed like a normal request and was not an issue. Every other Starbucks has not had an issue. This morning after placing a large order I requested a two piece carrier to insert into a bag to manage the order. The first assistant was about to provide it when the second stopped her. She said they are not allowed to use them unless it was for DoorDash. Seems a little silly but I received a four piece carrier. Asked for a scissors to cut it in half, as other Starbucks have done for me, they would not assist. They told me the manager said it was not allowed. I asked to see the manager. Out comes the lady with the question 'Who is it?' Ok, we can see how this goes. I explained the situation and she said they would not give a two piece carrier not would they cut one in half. At this point out of spite. Wrapping it up with 'Have a nice day'. Stopped at this well hidden Palm Coast Starbucks with my wife and daughter on the way south to Fort Lauderdale. Briana and Vince were our baristas. Off the Starbucks Secret Menu, my daughter had a grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with raspberry syrup. My wife had a Venti latte, while I ordered my signature "Bill's Morning Start" - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. All three drinks were made to perfection. No problems whatsoever - especially with my drink. Clean store with clean restrooms. I go to this Starbucks not only because it's the closest one to my house, but their service is extremely efficient and they always get my order right on the first try. The inside is very clean and newly remodeled. The drive thru is easily accessible and wraps around the building. I usually order the caramel macchiato, espresso frappe, mocha frappe with choc chips or vanilla iced coffee with a shot of espresso! I like to switch it up. I even stopped going to Dunkin because I liked the quality and taste of Starbucks coffee better. This is a perfect spot to have coffee and catch up with a friend or even do some studying. read more

Nice Starbucks right off of I-95 in the Palm Coast area. It is the only location I know of between St. Augustine and Daytona, with it being so close to the highway, it is an easy pit stop. I drive frequently along I-95, so this will be a spot for me. read more

The woman working the drive-thru window was very rude and did not give pleasant service. I ordered the violet drink, which has berries in it, and the berries were brown and rotten.
