The coffee is usually terrific, but recently there have been a few women doing drive in service, who make a bad cup of coffee and hurry me away from the window as soon as served. The coffee was too concentrated, making me thirsty.

3.5 Quick stop on a road trip for a late breakfast. Crowded both in the drive thru and inside, but didn't have to wait long and ordered a lot (3 drinks, 4 sandwiches). Drinks: Pink Drink, Dragonfruit (out of the pieces so white in color), and the pineapple one. The pink was the fave, but all were good. Sandwiches: Chicken, Egg, maple butter. Think pancake and egg mixture with chicken. Good flavor, but rich the chicken was crispy and it def was not. Some took the chicken off because of this. Overall good.

A really nice location. I like the tables and chairs in this place inside. We ordered a couple of coffees and they were made quickly and tasted perfectly! Friendly staff; very pleasant.

Drive thru review only We stopped off here on our way home from St Augustine and grabbed a coffee for the drive. The line was a few cars deep but it moved quickly. Staff was friendly from the start to the end. We got two coffee called and two coffees. Everything was as ordered. I wish they would have heated the coffee called a little longer as they were just warm, not hot. Nothing huge though. It's an easy entry and exit location that's right by the interstate. Convenience is key here. Overall: A Quick, easy, and coffee for the drive!

Made a quick stop here in my way to Orlando to see my new niece. Line on drive through was long, but it went fast!!! Great service as always ... my cold brew was so good!!!

Good coffee, friendly people, quick service (they keep that drive through line moving!) Due to CV19 the dining room was closed, however, they are still offering grounds for our gardens! It made my day! Thank you Starbucks!

I go to this Starbucks frequently and ever since the remodeling from the prior building, this Starbucks is the better one of Palm Coast. The staff has always been super friendly whether it's 5am or 9pm they always have a smile on their face and will make your order correctly. I can't say I have had any issues with this location and it's nice to see management helping when they are busy.

Updated: Wednesday 02/27/2019 came in after dinner. A friendly greeting from Laura. She recognized me from previous visits here. Ordered two tall freshly brewed Pikes Peak. We needed fresh good coffee to stay alert driving back to Vero Bch. Sure enough, just like she said. Freshly brewed. It's always a pleasure stopping at this location. I took s pic of an American Flag(Old Glory) proudly displayed in a shadow box. Brought back from Afghanistan. A heart felt sincere than you to Starbucks for their assistance and tribute to those that give & have given so much for our Freedom. Specially, our Freedom of Speech. Keep on Yelping. Kiana at the Register today. Very helpful and friendly(like her name fam is Greek). The PC area is past St Augustine. A mix of a young and retirees community. Lots of new development in the west side. Seems upscale. However, as for my experience with every visit. Very friendly people. Approachable. I've enjoyed not only the good service and properly prepared food here. Specially, if I ask for a somewhat complex blend of the coffees they have to offer. Or a Special Recipe from the Secret Menu(Available on line. You may want to Google it. I took a screen shot and added it to my phone screen:-) I truly enjoyed my Hot Soy Machiatto. Prepared precisely with the blend I requested, of the choices of beans available. Guatemala Roast is the promo roast available this month. From Central America. A full bodied, yet mellow roast. Leaving an unexpected rich flavor on your palate. Generally, they are very good about allowing to sample a brew. Of course, a sample is just enough to coat the palate. Not a regular serving. If tempted to purchase this unique blend. It's available for a limited time only. Any purchases use the Star Code. To add to your rewards. In reference, to my Egg White and Red Roasted Pepper Bites? They are quite good. All protein, rich in flavor with a hint of heat from what I noticed to be green hot peppers. Very well seasoned. The small Egg Bites almost have the consistency of Soufflés. Bon appétit, happy trails. Back on the road. To South Florida

Drive thru 7 or 8 cars wrapped around..

Clean... pleasant staff. Sloooooow. Not well trained. I counted 7 Employees....one up front. Jeans way too tight. Numerous tatoos visible. Cant drive in lot. Drive thru Backed up.....im on line...none of the 6 hop on.....to help one cashier. No pellegrino....just slow. 7 employees cant handle a line around building...its not even a city.

The staff just isn't the friendliest in town. The interactions often feel very transactional: you're here to buy a product and I'm here to hand it to you. No greeting when entering, no real warmth when leaving -- just neutral service. It's a bit surprising when you learn the businesses are owned by a local pastor. You would assume making customers feel welcomed would be a top priority. That said, during today's visit we did see what great service could look like. A regular customer walked in and one employee greeted her enthusiastically while another double-checked her order because it wasn't her "usual." That was wonderful to see -- I just wish that same energy was given to everyone walking through the door. Now for the reason we came today. Each day they post a "name of the day" on Facebook where someone with that name gets a free donut or ice cream from their sister shop. I follow along and love letting friends know when their name pops up. I've even redeemed one myself before. It's just one of those small things that makes people smile. On Sundays we usually grab breakfast somewhere on the way to church. Last week I saw their March specialty donuts posted and one looked like something our daughter would really enjoy, so we made a detour from our usual (and cheaper) breakfast spot to stop here. And to give credit where it's due -- the donuts themselves are fantastic. They're creative, fun, and genuinely delicious specialty donuts. Not your average donut shop offering. On quality alone, the donuts are easily 5 stars. Clearly a lot of people love this place, and I can understand why -- the donuts are excellent. I just wish the everyday customer experience matched the quality of the product.
