You'd never know it by driving by, but this is a must-stop spot…read more Super cute interior decor, absolutely INCREDIBLE homemade baked goods- don't miss the apple cinnamon roll thing- might have been the best we ever had. Be prepared to share it though. It was ginormous and rich. Delicious coffees, teas, etc. Super friendly, cheerful service. We enjoyed the patio along the side of the building. We did not have the opportunity to try any, but the cakes also looked fantastic.

Cute Vibe and Nice People, But the Food Doesn't Match the Hype (or the Prices)…read more I live right around the corner and I *really* wanted this place to be my neighborhood go-to. The café itself is adorable, the staff is genuinely warm and friendly every time I go in, and the backyard patio is legitimately one of the best outdoor seating spots in the area -- shaded, relaxed, and perfect for lingering with a book or catching up with a friend. That part is spot-on. Unfortunately, the food keeps letting me down. The almond croissants taste exactly like Pillsbury crescent rolls with some almond paste squeezed inside -- flaky but not in the good, buttery, laminated way you expect from a real French-style croissant. The bagels are advertised as "NY-style," flown in from NY - but they're missing that signature chew and density; they're soft and almost bready (and $4.50 a piece!). I've also tried a couple of the sandwiches and they're just... fine. Nothing I'd go out of my way for. The prices are honestly outrageous for what you get. I'm always surprised at how packed the place is, but I guess people are coming for the cute factor and the patio more than the pastries. (I've never tried the coffee, so maybe that's the secret star of the show -- I'll update if I do.) Bottom line: If you're in the neighborhood and want a pretty place to sit outside with friendly counter people, this spot is worth it. Just don't go expecting standout baked goods, sandwiches or bagels. I'm still rooting for them to step it up -- the location and atmosphere deserve better food. Fingers crossed they tighten up their products, because I'd love to become a regular.

The owner, Mr. Alex, is incredibly hospitable and wants to ensure your time at the Jacked Up Bean is worthwhile. I enjoyed my Earl Grey while listening to the smooth jazz sounds in the background. This is a wonderful place to just chill and enjoy the tranquility. It's great whether you're on your own or with a group. There's ample seating to accommodate your needs. Stop by and give Mr. Alex a big hello and check out some of the tasty treats.

Not from around the area so I'm assuming everything is a little pricier around hammock beach…read more.. anyways, I ordered an everything bagel with eggs and bacon and cheese and ketchup and mayo and it was so good my husband ordered an extra one. I also ordered an off the menu "special" .. owner said there's a first for everything and it was a crepe with the 3 cheeses (all except royal) melted with egg & it was actually very comforting and good. The signature cinnamon crunch coffee was what my husband ordered and he loved it. A little sweeter for my pallet but my cappuccino was perfect and the coffee beans were so fresh and grounded individually for each drink. The ambience was very relaxed quiet vibe - good for coffee lovers and people who just want some peace and quiet sometimes.. aka me. I would come back thought it was worth it and the service was great!

Love that they keep creamers and sugar on the table, but they also offer syrups if you want to sweeten things up (for a small fee). I added American cheese to my bowl -- next time I'll ask for grated so it blends better. We grabbed a porch table with a view of the trees and a peek at A1A. Surprisingly calm for being right off the road -- perfect little breakfast vibe.

A Hidden Gem in the Hammock…read more Roadies Place is a fantastic find in Palm Coast's Hammock area. From the moment we arrived, the service was spectacular - our server went above and beyond with his recommendations, particularly steering me toward the Rueben sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. He clearly knew the menu well and his suggestion was spot on. The iced coffee was a pleasant surprise, served with French vanilla creamer at the table so you can customize it exactly to your taste. My wife ordered the breakfast bowl and couldn't stop raving about it throughout our meal. The location offers nice flexibility with indoor seating, outdoor seating, and pet-friendly picnic tables along the side - perfect if you're bringing your furry friend along. It's worth noting that parking is somewhat limited and the lot is mostly sandy, so plan accordingly. Overall, Roadies delivers on both food quality and hospitality. Whether you're a local or just passing through the Hammock area, it's definitely worth a stop.
