My son ordered cookies from the local store as a gift for me for Mother's Day. The cookies were delivered in a basic hinged lid bakery box with a small piece of tape to keep the lid from flipping up. It was left on my front porch. 21 minutes later I arrive to a limp box filled with ants. The cookies were gross from the heat, much less the ants. Apparently a little effort, sealed bag, and cool pack was over and beyond. Buyer beware of deliveries from this store. read more

My favorite is the Dubai Brownie absolute favorite dessert. Recommend to my friends and family who love just as much.

Crumbl has arrived to Palm Coast. Right as you approach you can smell the cookies being baked. Once inside the staffing is very friendly and professional with a warm welcome. The spacing is very small so I can see a line out the door on weekends or during rushes. As for the cookies they have a variety of them with smaller or bigger ones. The flavors switch weekly so check the location before you head over. The cookies themselves where bigger than your average cookie and dense. A cookie is in the $4 range and about $22 for 6. They show you your box before handing them to you and came warm. I am not sure if this is every time but nice if it is. The cookie I tried was the chocolate chip and was definitely enough for someone to split. I ate a whole one and have a cookie brick sitting in me. The flavors were nice with two types of chocolate and salt, a little too much dough and not enough chocolate to balance it out. Gideons Bakehouse does a great job with that but definitely a different cookie from Crumbl. I look forward to trying the other flavors I ordered but with the pricing it's a special occasion type of stop. read more

I recently moved to the area and figured I'd try crumble cookie. I bought two boxes of cookies. 4 large and 8 smaller cookies. I asked if I can have two smaller boxes for the larger cookies because I was traveling. I was told that would be an additional charge for the extra box. I hate when businesses nickel and dime their customers After paying $38 for the cookies they were just ok. IMO Publix bakery is a better option. read more

I had been excited to try crumbl and after brunch at metro next door I didn't see a line and tried it out. I'm okay to say it was a-okay. I guess i had thought they were supposed to be life changing. I choose 3 cookies. The peanut butter, the churro cookie and the lemon one. The only one that wasn't HARD was the lemon one. I guess that was my bias thinking cookies from a bakery should be soft. They all tasted good but if I want a hard cookie I will go to publix and buy Keebler. Anyway, I'm underwhelmed after spending $10 on 3 cookies. My favorite thing was the fancy pink box they came in. Cookies were ok but not great. Kinda cakes and bland. Lacked sugar. Expensive and really not worth it. I'll give it another try and hope it's better. Service not great. Employees seemed like they were just there earning a paycheck. No smiles or greetings. Barely got a notice. I'd like to say typical service from a millennial but not all millennials are like that. They had the 6 flavors for the week, but not the constant flavors like at other locations. I always cut into quarters bc the cookies are so big and everyone can taste it! JO downloaded the app and got a free cookie on his birthday. I really like the Rocky Road (thought it was going to be too chocolatey but it was good to me) and I really liked the blueberry cheesecake. And you can't go wrong with a chocolate chip here. read more

I was so excited that a Crumbl Cookie opened in our little area of Palm Coast! I was really disappointed in our first visit, but I also think they are new and have some kinks to work out. The two kiosks to order were not working so everyone had to order from the one cashier at the front. They have an overload of employees in the kitchen which looked very hectic, but again I'm sure they were training new employees. There was only one guest order in front of me, but it took almost 10 minutes to get the 4-pack of cookies. I love Crumbl too much to not give them another shot in a few weeks once they get more settled! read more

First time in a Crumbl store. Was anxious to try what people have been talking about. $3.66 per cookie when you buy 4. Super clean store. (It's new) Super friendly staff. Very large cookies, taste very good, were warm which added to the enjoyment. However....right in front of me I watched the cookie maker take a big jug of liquid corn syrup and add lots to the batter bowl?? WTH? Why not use real sugar?? This was shocking and disappointing to me! A gourmet cookie place using that? Why? Cheaper, quicker and easier?? Look, I know cookies aren't a health food, lol, but I don't think that's cool. Won't be back. I suspect this place will be gone in 2 years like all the frozen yogurt places went away. PS: I love cookies. Wish they used better, natural ingredients. Sorry. read more

I bought a 12 pack box using the crumbl app and went in to pick it up. I put in the notes of the order to please divide the order into two 6 pack boxes and that if they wanted to charge me for the second box when I picked up the order I would be happy to pay for it. I have made this same order 50 or so times at various crumbl locations throughout the state of Florida because I travel for work and give crumbl cookies to customers. Most Crumbl locations end up not charging for a second box, but a few of them have asked me to pay the extra .70 cents for a 6 pack box (which is fine with me.) However, at this particular location the gal that was putting the boxes together told me that they needed to charge me for TWO EXTRA BOXES. I corrected and said, "You mean one extra box right? Since it already comes with one box." The Gal said "Sorry, that's what we do." It also seemed that the gal was also very passive aggressive in her tone of voice. I paid for the two boxes because I wasn't going to cause a scene in a store over .70 cents. However the principle of this is very frustrating and very disappointing. I will try to avoid this location in the future. This may seem like a small thing and admittedly.70cents will not break the bank. However, the principle of this is just wrong and very frustrating. I certainly hope in the future that this location becomes more customer focused, for .70 more on a $50 order, to me as a business owner, it just makes more sense to please the customer. This would have been a 1 star review but gaved a 2 for employees where nice. But as for Manager feels she intitlted to treat certain customers with attitude when just ask a simple question. You won't go far in this town with that if you keep treating your customers to keep your business going here. Over price cookies I get it but I don't see what hype about . It's just insane price you can make these at home for way less . And I see I'm not the only one complaining about Manager and price . Won't be back thats for sure. I am a big fan of Crumbl Cookies. That being said, I have not been to this location yet but I have been to the one in Lutz/Wesley Chapel when it first opened & several others that I've encountered on various road trips. The store setup can feel a bit like your being ushered along a conveyor belt. But the staff is available & are happy to take your order if you do not wish to order by kiosk which can be faster on busier nights. The menu changes weekly but chocolate chip (served warm) and frosted sugar cookie (served chilled) are mainstays on the menu. I enjoy trying their new and sometimes experimental flavors like Key Lime Pie. They also have a small selection of ice creams. Before you freak out about the price, know this - these cookies are huge! About the size of a McD's 1/4 pounder! I cut one into fourths and eat one piece and try to have the willpower to wait several hours before going back for more or I split it with a friend so I don't gobble up a 1,000 calories of sweet deliciousness all at once! read more
