We live in Jacksonville now, and my wife said that if I asked her to drive all the way back to Flagler just for this coffee, she'd say yes. That probably says everything you need to know. Even the cup deserves a mention. The cups they use for their iced drinks are PHENOMENAL. We've never seen the type of cup before but it's the perfect balance of weight in your hand and how it holds the temperature of the drink. It's a reusable cup so now use it to make our own ice drinks and for some reason they just come out better in the cup.

I couldn't resist a local honey lollipop. Bought 4 to hand out to friends. My usual, London fog, was offered in a cold option. They did it well. The tea was freshly brewed and pressed. Vanilla perfectly balanced. Must say the cold foam stands to be the most delicate and refreshing I've ever had. Wish we had this where I live. All the employees were delightful.

I had a lavender iced latte which was pretty good! I was hoping to try the blueberry pancakes one but they were out of the flavors to make it, and also out of the toasted marshmallow flavor so I couldn't try the toasted root beer. So a little sad over that, but the lavender latte was still an absolute win. Plus it was out to me super fast! I also tried a homemade pop tart. That was also really good. I was expecting preserves or similar for the filling though and it wasn't. It was like a strawberry cream cheese filling. Which was good! Just doesn't scream "poptart" to me. The service here is absolutely top tier tho, with no "buts". It's definitely a hometown mom and pop type place and really seems like they care about their community and the employees care about being there. I'll definitely be back. And maybe next time, I'll go earlier in the month when they have a cool flavor of the month so I don't miss out!!! You can't really beat a "coffee. Beach. Bourbon" attitude!

Instead, the barista said my Starbucks Card wasn't valid because she didn't know how to process it correctly. Rather than accepting payment, she redeemed all of the Stars in my account without my authorization. To make matters worse, I ordered Grande drinks but was given Venti drinks, which used even more of my rewards than intended. I spend a lot of money earning Starbucks Stars and save them for when I choose to use them. They should never be redeemed because an employee doesn't know how to process a transaction. I also missed out on the Delta promotion because the purchase was never completed as cash as I intended. This experience showed a lack of training and attention to detail. Customers should be able to trust that their rewards and payment preferences will be handled correctly.
