The bagels are advertised as "NY-style," flown in from NY - but they're missing that signature chew and density; they're soft and almost bready (and $4.50 a piece!). I've also tried a couple of the sandwiches and they're just... fine. Nothing I'd go out of my way for. The prices are honestly outrageous for what you get. I'm always surprised at how packed the place is, but I guess people are coming for the cute factor and the patio more than the pastries. (I've never tried the coffee, so maybe that's the secret star of the show -- I'll update if I do.)
