I have asked for fresh onion rings 3 times and they are always cold. The mushroom and Swiss burger really needs improvement. I only had 6 slices of mushrooms on my burger. They say everything is made to order, that's a bold face lie. I'm never going back. Not because of the cold food but for the lie. The manager looked meningitis the eye and promised me the onion rings were made to order and my onion rings will be fresh out of the fryer and they were cold and stuck together. Ugh went throw the drive thru today at around 12:30 got two cheeseburgers meals and chicken tenders with curds. My husband who loves this place said his cheeseburger tasted like fish and spit it out. Mine tasted normal and the tenders tasted fine. I called after work around 2:45 and I think her name was Morana she said there is no way our meat could taste like fish and that I was wrong. Way to be a customer service rep. This is sad on so many levels. My husband really loves this place. Not only does the customer service stink like fish now their food does too. Stopped here on 5/15/2022 for a late lunch. I had NEVER been to a Culver's, and wanted to give them a try. Super-friendly folks working here - lots of smiles and "welcome in's" as I entered the restaurant. Great hospitality in Florida, and Culver's is no exception. Ordered 4 piece chicken tenders meal, a bacon cheeseburger meal, and spicy chicken sandwich meal. Everything came out VERY quickly, and was hot and fresh. I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Such a shame that it took me this long to visit a Culver's! During the meal, I had FOUR different employees checking on us - awesome! So much on the menu - I will definitely be back to try some other choices! Also worth mentioning is the great classic 50's/60's music being played overhead. Very comforting and enjoyable! Seriously yummm #DeluxeDoubleBurger, with or w/o bacon, layered with fresh veggies... 'everything-on-it, but the kitchen sink' style. Saving the Cappuccino Waffle cone for next visit! Thr only draw backs are the excessively high cost of Malt Shakes, $5, no 'senior' or 'service' appreciation discounts, & their 'drive thru' makes departure lengthy & bit more hazardous than it could have been with a better design, since it wraps through a long, double-row of parking spaces. On 12/21/24, I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp Dinner, with Cole slaw and fries, via DoorDash. What I received were overcooked, hard Shrimp, Cole Slaw and these tiny round things that I thought were hush puppies. I received a not so kind reply from Davis Ferreria stating that it was Doordash's fault because they probably arrived late! I asked what about the cold, hard, round hush puppies and he said they don't sell hush puppies! I don't know what they are, but they WERE on my plate and I didn't order them! I consider his reply snide and unappreciative, since I paid my hard-earned money, had just got out of the hospital for my heart, and was very hungry! Never again! read more

Old man Bob may very well be the worst employee of any business I've ever met. We placed an online order that was to be ready according to the text at 6:39. It's 7:21 and after inquiring 4 times and then saying if I don't get my food I need to cancel because I have to go Bob decided to give me my money with no explanation of why literally every one else in the building and the drive through had gotten their food. He was beyond rude and condescending. I will never be a patron of Culver's palm coast again. They usually screw up or order and take forever but the rudeness too is beyond. Tried this Palm Coast Culver's again. Same experience as last time-. Smooshed down bun, unmelted cheese and dry burger. I asked for no red onions... they gave me onions. My Rueben had a burnt taste again most likely from a dirty grill. Oh ... no thousand island dressing so it was a burnt overly salty nasty sandwich. Unfortunately it was purchased via the drive through so I just dealt with it. This place has gotten worse every time I visit. I'm a burger guy and this was my first time in this place I'm was impressed from the time I walked in, greeted right as I walked in to the counter . Impressive menu board , many choices I ordered the culverts butter burger deluxe double meat patty had good flavor, the bun was soft and had a little semi sweet delicious soft taste . it complemented the beef patties the onions and tomatoes were fresh and cut perfectly. I held together well , even when you bite into it was perfect. they also use good cheese you can taste it .! , My only issue was cheese was not melted. It stood out . The crinkle cut fries great idea, they were hot and delicious , I could have had 1/2 a pound , fries were great, ., The food was out super fast I mean I din't even sit down , you get a number and they even bring the food out to you ..and it was brought out to me . Another great Culver's an so close to home. I read the other reviews an have no idea what they are talking about. The food an service was amazing. They have barely been open a few weeks an still getting the kinks out so give them a break. All business will make a few mistakes when they first open. We had the butter burger with cheese with the works an there amazing cheese curds. We also had the sundae of the day which was caramel pecan an it was sooooo good. Overall, very disappointed. We used the drive-thru to get ice cream and the cashier was not friendly at all. Also, we ordered 3 ice creams and had to wait 25+ minutes in the parking lot, along with 5 other cars that were also waiting. I don't like fast food but Culver's is really really good in a pinch. Their burgers are always on point and I heard a commercial for their fish sandwich and had to try it. It was as good or better then some of the oceanfront restaurants, no joke. Their custards are delicious. I've only been in the drive through. You place your order and have to go park which tells me they make the food to order. Service is so nice. Some people eat inside and ambiance looked good. Culver's is my "go-to" place to take the grandkids. They always say "Culver's" when I ask where they want to go. The kid's meals aren't that inexpensive when you have 12 grandkids, as I do, but not a dealbreaker yet. The staff is always patient when kids can't decide what they want. Been to this Culver's on Opening day and multiple times since then. Opening day was handled extremely well by their team members and the mayhem of non stop traffic within their parking lot. Our orders were all correct and tasty, so no complaints there! The other times since then have been good with one complaint being orders taking over 15 minutes or more going in the drive thru. I get the orders are fresh to be made but it can take some time going through even if it's a light day. Hopefully this restaurant continues to keep quality and improves on drive thru times. read more

They gave me the wrong order and the manager, owner and assistant manager refused to give me the right order. The teenage employees were disrespectful. I actually felt unvalued as a customer and disrespected and bullied all over a wrong order. After I gave up and left.... I thought "hmm, that must be what hell is like, working hard all day just wanting your turtle ice cream and then getting melted cream with cake in it and none of the minions will give you the right order. On the flip side I am never going back there and I have been a weekly customer. I had asked God to help me with my diet and tonight sealed the deal. No more custard from Culvers. Stuffed with crispy-cold fresh lettuce & a delicious slice of tomato + a pair of large hot & juicy burger patties smothered in melted cheese served on a large, very fresh bun. So happy about this new location! Our order always comes out accurately, it is always delicious, and nothing is ever forgotten. Culver's reminds me of Burgerville (PNW) which used to be a personal favorite. Yet Culver's may be, dare i say it, even tastier! The pretzel bites consistently taste fresh out of the oven, hot and poofy and are perfect dipped in cheese. Every sundae and ice cream cone flavor we've tried has been unbeatably tasty. I go to cluvers with my mouth absolutely watering. All I want is a delicious chicken sandwich with just lettuce and mayo. I pull up and order my chicken with only lettuce and mayo I also order pretzel bites with it. I pull up to the window, they put my number on the car. Great customer service. I get the bag and drive away. Eating my pretzels and crave my favorite chicken sandwich. As I open they bag I smell something fishy. It smells like pickles. I open the sandwich and get chicken mayo and PICKLES. I did not ask for pickles and I absolutely HATE pickles. So I drive away in sadness not being able to eat my sandwich until home where I got my beloved lettuce and maybe sandwich. read more

This was truly disgusting to find in somewhere brand new and with such a great chain of fast food restaurants such as Culver's.
