My family and I sat in the dining room for the first time. I ordered the 3 piece fish dinner. I should have ordered the 2 piece! The pieces were huge! They were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sides of steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes were equally tasty. I was extremely impressed with the fish however because they were hot, crispy, and moist. Great job!! The dining room was spotless and the staff was friendly and professional. It's about time Palm Coast gets a fast food restaurant with great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Hope it stays that way. read more

Culver's Butter Burgers are second to none and the frozen custard is delicious. This location needs more counter people to avoid a backup, but the order is delivered to your table quickly. Seating is comfortable, although there are fewer booths than other nearby locations. I'm just happy to have my favorite burgers so close to home. We used to drive to Port Orange. read more

Finally a great hamburger place in south palm coast this is by far and away my favorite fast food spot. Thy the cheese curds there great.

The first time we went here we were disappointed - it was completely disorganized despite having a ton of employees (we ordered at the counter because the drive through line was extremely long). Many of them were not wearing masks either. We ordered two ice creams and had to wait over 20 minutes - ultimately they had lost our order and ended up having to remake them. The manager was there and we did receive a coupon for a free meal. The second time we went we went through the drive through. There was still a wait for food but it was much more efficient this time. Overall I think they are still trying to figure out their system since they've only been open a few weeks. We love the frozen custard and the staff is always friendly! read more

If you have lots of time go to Culver's not only do they make you wait between 5 to 10 minutes to receive your food. It's a playground the employees play too much and don't want to help their co workers. Went in today and waited 12 minutes for my food. In the mean time I am watching one person filled orders while the others where playing and watching the worker work. I understand this new to our area but damn I am expecting Culver's to pick up their pace. I was wondering why I stop coming to Culver's...y'all need to pick up the pace! read more

Yes yes yes... I didn't even get to take pics. Kids 2 piece chickem was great. It comes with a scoop of icecream. We also ordered the chilli supreme, which was soooo good. What started as a long wait at the drive through and ended with the pretzel bites not included in our order speaks volumes. Add in a large lemonade dumped through the window from a drive through window attendant's inadequate support of four large drinks. Throw in the 45 minute wait in the parking lot for the incomplete order of food. So to say it was a poor first time visit would be an understatement. read more

I gotta say- I don't get the hype. We tried the cheeseburgers- very salty. Crinkle fries were just okay. I ordered a mint chip milkshake, it was as thick as a concrete, had to use a spoon. the mint syrup they use tastes so medicinal to me. Cheese curds were very good. Fried shrimp was decent. My wife and I had never been to Culver's before so we were visiting Palm Coast and decided to give them a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overal appearance once inside. They offer a good variety of fast food at competitive prices. The employees were all very nice, polite and quick to help you. Our order was delivered to our table rather quickly for the amount of customers at the time. We were there around lunch on Sunday therefore a lot of people were coming from church. The temperature of our order was more than adequate and accurate. My wife had the chicken fingers basket and I chose a single butter bun burger basket. The thing I noticed right away was all the toppings for my sandwich were extremely flavorable and crispy and fresh AND plentyful. Had I known this I certainly would have ordered a double meat burger (because the veggies warranted it. One patty made it seem rather like a fresh "salad". It was very tasty and cooked just right. I eat a LOT of burgers everywhere and Culver's is now near the very top of the list. My wife loved the chicken and our fries were full cut and very tasty. As a side note I must aknowledge and give kudos to the little gentleman who did the cleaning after the customers we finished. He deserves everything he's paid and a LOT more. This little red headed guy kept Culver's looking spotless and NEVER stopped while we were in their restaurant. Should you go there you can not overlook him for certain. Everyone was courteous and we will definitely eat at Culver's when we are near one. Right now we do not have one near our home. Drive thru order on our way out of town on MLK Jr. Day. The order taker messed up twice and was short and sassy when her mistake was explained over (and over). Got to the window to pay/pickup, and had to immediately circle around the building again because the order was short a side. I mentioned the issue to the drive thru worker, who identified herself as the Manager. This female daytime Manager didn't make right on the order taker's mistake, and threw attitude, acting like I was someone that just wanted "free" food instead of being someone that just wanted their order done correctly. She pushed the blame on me, stating that when she read the order back to me and I paid, I should have caught the problem. I explained that it was only my 2nd visit to a Culver's and I wouldn't know if the order was a "platter" or not, and the order was taken incorrectly several times. My explanation fell on deaf ears. On my 1st visit to this establishment, I witnessed a worker cursing audibly at a car full of people because they mentioned there was no ketchup for their order, and the worker stated that they could go inside then and get some because they should have ordered it the **&%$ way they wanted? I get that there's a shortage of workers right now in the U.S., but IMHO this behavior is never O.K. when you're taking people's $ for a product/ service. The Manager, and worker I overheard should be reprimanded at least and fired at best as a business practice. There's still a lot of choice when it comes to where people actually spend their hard earned money, and this isn't worth much, in my estimation. I'll try another Culvers because the menu is nice, but be forewarned about the crappy service at this one. Cheers! read more

They gave me the wrong order then refused to fix it. It took over 15 minutes to get ice cream. Literally the easiest menu option there. Nasty staff and not worth the wait. Would rather starve then go here ever again. read more

The wait is extreme, we had to wait 40 minutes to get ice cream only and then had to call from the car as they forgot us and everyone around us had left. At our next try my drink was left off the order and the girl at the window gave me attitude about getting a drink added. It will be awhile before I go back ! read more

Very disappointed with Culver's today. Went inside to get order to go. The place was a mess. one line had mad people waiting for orders that were made wrong. The manager screaming at the cook and he screamed right back. I should have checked my order before i left. The whole order was wrong. three sandwiches were wrong and the beef veg. soup ordered was chicken noodle. On top of that the top was not on properly and spilled all over the bag. The ticket had the right information however they just ignore it when they made it. read more
