First time at The Waffle Cone, my wife likes the selection of all different flavors. I'm old school chocolate and like milkshakes. We went in and they have a pretty spacious interior for an ice cream shop. A few open tables but most were full. I walked right up to the counter and ordered a chocolate shake. It was very comparable cost to most fast food type chains for milkshakes. I was hoping for the best milkshake I've ever had, but it fell short. I would say a 6 out of 10. It was OK, so my tastes may be a little different than yours so take it for what it's worth, but if you like a lot of ice cream flavor options they have very many and may be the place for you. read more

When in Flagler...the beach can get hot, so when you've had enough heat, head across A1A and grab a sweet, cooling treat at The Waffle Cone! This shop is located in the Flagler Beach Pier area on South 4th Street and trust me, it's worth the walk down there! Butter Pecan, Strawberry and Toasted Coconut are just the 3 flavors that I've taste-tested but they offer many, many more flavors of ice cream! You cannot go wrong with a waffle cone and if you're feeling adventurous make it a chocolate dipped cone or even go full chocolate! There are other ice cream shops in the area but The Waffle Cone is clean, affordable and has many selections to boot! There is indoor and outdoor seating! Staff are friendly and give prompt service with a smile! Location and convenience are two more reasons to visit this great little ice cream shop by Flagler Beach! I scream, you scream, we ALL scream for ice cream and when its served in a delicious waffle cone, it's even better! This is my go-to shop for a sweet treat when we visit the beach in Flagler! It's right in the heart of all that is Flagler Beach! Visit Flagler today and grab a scoop or two of the good stuff at The Waffle Cone! read more

I'm a always down for ice cream and I loved how many flavor options this little shop had to offer. Definitely had to make a hard decision to make the right combo of flavors. We went with blueberry cheesecake with ribbons of blueberry and chunks of cheesecake with Graham cracker crust too. Then we also had the Keylime pie and Eye wide open espresso ice cream. It was a great treat for a hot summer afternoon. read more

Flagler Beach is back open, hooray! Having a craving for ice cream after catching some rays, we found this small local gem. $3.50 gets you a giant scoop on a regular cone or bowl. Pay an extra $.75 to upgrade to a waffle cone or waffle bowl. I was with friends, so we divided and conquered on flavors. We got moose tracks, caramel brownie and to die for chocolate (dairy free). The moose tracks was light on the tracks. To die for chocolate was chocolatey enough to hide the coconut milk. But, the clear winner was the caramel brownie. There were a few small tables inside the shop that are temporarily closed due to social distancing. But, the line moved pretty quickly and the service was friendly. I look forward to going back to try some other flavors. read more

An ice cream gem you need to try. The waffle cone has been management an open for business. The ice cream is creamy an they have a ton of flavors which you can sample to see what you like. I'm he prices are great an the portions are nice. Even a single scoop is large. New management I love the fact that they also take debit cards now instead of just cash what makes it very convenient. We have places to sit inside or you can also sit outside. But I like the fact that you can sit inside where it's cool if it's a hot day outside, you can take your ice cream right up the street and walk on the beach and eat it. They offer you either cones or cups depending on what you're in the mood for. The customer service is great and they're pretty fast getting you through the line. Located right downtown where there are more places to shop an see as well. Stop by the waffle Cone and have an ice cream you won't be disappointed this place is great read more

Love this place! Return again and again! The ice cream is creamy and delicious and the people are just amazing.

Now we love the Waffle Cone - and really deserves 3 1/2 stars, not just three. The ice cream there is unique and the best around - we asked and we were told that it is sourced from Amrish producers a couple of counties over. Service can be a little uneven due to staffing issues - we were there today and it was crowded at 3:30pm and only one server behind the counter. To me - of the 1/2 dozen choices in Flagler - they are the best. read more
