Starting with the front door, then noticed the walls, floors, tables, and the ice cream coolers...all dirty, but wait it gets better. While waiting for my scoop, one of the employees grabbed a spoon, dipped it in one of the the ice cream gallon and started eating ice cream in front of the customers like this was normal to do.
