We've gone back twice now on our Friday outings because everything is just so good! I can't get enough of the brown butter bourbon truffle ice cream! I can't find that flavor at other places that serve Hershey's ice cream. It's amazing! Cute little place with a few soda shop style tables and chairs both inside and outside. Lots of different cone types - plain and fancy! The servers are accommodating when you ask for a sample and the scoops are substantial!! They make milkshakes, floats and sundaes, too. read more

After dinner we went to get Ice Cream at Hershey's Ice Cream Parlor in Ormond Beach. It was packed and we had to wait our turn! Literally no where to sit so we took ours to go. Saige went with Chocolate Moose Tracks in a Cup and Deacon chose Mint Chocolate Chip in a cup! I went with Coconut Chocolate Almond Kiddie cup and man was it Freaking Delicious!! A big NO NO Lisa! But I could not resist! Kayla Beth Fields went with a cup with Butter Pecan! To be truthful we were too busy eating to take pics! If we had sat down, I probably would have gotten a few! It was so good and highly recommend to anyone in area to try! You want regret it!!! read more

Service not that great but understandable because the workers are kids themselves, high school age, still learning social skills while interacting with customers, their technique and waiting on customers will only improve over time. My real problem was with the quantity and price of their ice cream sugar cone, originally I was going to get the extra small for $4.75 but then decided to get the small for $.75 more for $5.50, well I couldn't believe it was only one scoop the size of a small tangerine. Grant it that the ice cream was good but I could've bought 2 half gallons of a top name ice cream at a supermarket, convenience shouldn't be highway robbery, it was a big time rip off, 1 and done, back to Dairy Queen. read more

Some of the best ice cream I've had. I got black cherry and cotton candy and my friend got orange sherbet. I really liked the black cherry, because it has cherries within the ice cream and it added to its delicious flavor. Cotton candy was standard cotton candy flavor, so I was in heaven. My friend said the orange sherbet was pretty good, but he said there was no tang to it, just sweet. Customer service wasn't the best, but it's an ice cream joint, so that's not really something I care about. Overall, I would recommend coming here to cool down and have some delicious ice cream. read more

I love coming to this cheerful ice cream shop! They have all kinds of goodies and sweet treats when you're in the mood for a fun time. They literally have so many flavors of ice cream that it will be hard for you to pick one. It's not a specialty creamery.... Just regular old Hershey's brand ice cream that is a favorite with locals and within waking distance of the beach! read more

Wow! This little ice cream shop in Ormond Beach has tons of flavors. When we were there, there was a rush of families and I started to feel a bit crowded and cramped in a small space. There seemed to be no line order either. I felt really bad for the two employees behind the counter. As an observation and suggestion: The manager/owner should highly consider adding an extra employee to handle cashier to move along the customers in and out of the store. Will be returning when I come back to Ormond Beach. read more

This place sucks. First off my vanilla milk shake tastes like straight up plain milk. No flavor no nothing. Next the service. The young guy on Saturday at about 2 o'clock ( today) we're not only weird, but rude. The young guy talked back and was talking bad about the other customers while they were in the room. Next he lied and said he would never do such a thing about talking back he says he would never but... he did! The items in the fridge near the claw machine had no expiration date and we asked the young lady that was working with the young guy and she said ummmm I don't know so we ended up NOT buying the items in the fridge. So maybe this Will not be my go to ice cream place. read more

Worse customer service. I tried this place hoping to find a new ice cream place after the beach but we got quite the opposite. Me and my husband walked in and not only were we not greeted but we were not asked if we needed any help whatsoever. When she went to scoop my ice cream, after she was on the register and did not wash her hands she proceeded to scoop my ice cream ungloved and got ice cream all over her hands. gross. After she checked us out she still did not wash her hands, sat down and went on her phone. The tables were super dirty and not wiped down, same with door handles and the windows- mind you nobody was in the store other than us- The least she could do was wipe some tables off. Other customers walked in and again did not greet them, and didn't interact with them until they were ready. On top of all that, she had an attitude the whole time. To be fair, the ice cream was still good- but will never be coming back and you shouldn't either if you like quality customer service and proper food handling. read more

Hershey's of Ormond Beach was super yummy! My niece and I stopped in for a treat after dinner. It was a little busy but the service was fast! I ordered a hot fudge sundae with coconut chocolate ice cream. It also had walnuts and a little bit of homemade whipped cream on top. The ice cream was delicious! I love coconut so this flavor was right up my alley. I also loved that they offer free doggy ice cream, (a little bit of vanilla in a bowl). I typically do not give my dog ice cream, but he turned two today so we celebrated with a yummy treat. I thought he was going to eat the bowl when it was all gone LOL! The service was excellent. The staff were super nice and moved the line quickly. The location was convenient just a few blocks from A1A. And they offered 48 different flavors to choose from. WOW! Omg I absolutely love ice cream especially speciality flavors. My friend and I were so excited to see this spot and we had ice cream right after breakfast, I mean heck we're on vacation. We visited on a Saturday night with our kids and had a good time. There's a large selection of ice cream and plenty of staff to help with selection. All of the flavors we tried were pretty good and there's seating both inside and out (although not alot). It's a cute place with lots of decor and we found it to be one of the best dessert spots we visited during out visit at Daytona Beach. read more

Everything here is delicious. A wide variety of flavors. Friendly and efficient service. Plenty of ice cream, one scoop is the equivalent of three in other stores. A nice place to get dessert after a day at the beach and dinner nearby. I strongly recommend the cappuccino crunch with a chocolate waffle cone. read more

Ice cream was good (as you would expect from Hershey's) and they had many (30+) flocked to choose from, but there was a awkward feeling from the staff. We were the only customers and it was almost silent inside the store. I felt weird being in there. The young man scooping our ice cream spoke the bare minimum to determine our order and cash us out. Because of this we decided to eat at the tables outside, but they were dirty and sticky from prior use. Maybe they were having an off day, but we were not impressed. The store also sells some prepackaged candy and bulk jelly beans. There are five or six tables inside and maybe three or four outside. The store is at the end of a large plaza, so there is plenty of free parking. read more

I really wanted a smoothie or a shake and surprisingly was advised by the server that they really weren't that good when I asked. Ended up get two scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone and it was delish. Many, many flavors of ice cream to choose from. Would definitely recommend you give it a try. A year ago on the day, I walked into Hershey's and asked the young man working to make me whatever he wanted. The result..? A delicious sundae with a multitude of flavors and textures. Today, I walked back in to Hershey's and was extremely excited to see Dallas, the magician who created my first sundae a year ago. The same challenge was posed and the same result delivered: glory. Now first...Hershey's has some bomb ice cream. Creamy, rich, well chunkafied and in a multitude of flavors that are ever changing. Add a phenomenal staff featuring the Sultan of Sundae himself, and 5 stars seems like a modest rating. I will be back every single time I am in the area as long as they keep their all star ice cream slinging employees and great ice cream. read more

The customer service is horrid - which, I guess you can expect much from underage high-schoolers who are only working here because its during the summer. So, if you are a fan of "great" customer service, you will not find it here. The ice cream: Maple Walnut, Cappucino, and Raspberry ice creams are all delish. The pistachio is spicy with too many hints of cinnamon. Hershey's (not to be confused with THE Hershey's Chocolate Company) offers a wide selection of Jelly Belly jelly beans and other candies. ($2.25 per 1/4 an ounce.. OUCH) Overall, the ice cream is good, candy selection is good, service is bad. read more

It's National Ice Cream Day! This ice cream store smells amazing. They must have been making some of the waffle cones before we got there. I had the Salted Caramel Truffle in a bowl. I stopped here with my family for a little ice cream and was very satisfied. There were about 4-5 attendants behind the counter, making it easy and swift to get what you ordered. The chocolate malt shake was perfect! The price was pretty normal, about $4.50 for a regular sized malt shake. Young people working there were all very nice and polite. read more

Delicious! Just what my friends & I were looking for on a hot day! The variety of options was a little overwhelming, but everything looked great. Again, a little pricy for my liking, but I will pay anything for a scoop of good ole fashioned ice cream. Had a scoop of brownie bites and blueberry-pomagranite.
