This ice cream shop is dirty... I went to get ice cream after dinner and stop for some ice cream. The first thing I noticed was that the place is super dirty. Starting with the front door, then noticed the walls, floors, tables, and the ice cream coolers...all dirty, but wait it gets better. While waiting for my scoop, one of the employees grabbed a spoon, dipped it in one of the the ice cream gallon and started eating ice cream in front of the customers like this was normal to do. Lastly, my ice cream was not solid kind of melting so that tells me that the coolers are not at the right temperature. I was really looking forward to enjoying my ice cream and this place. We've gone back twice now on our Friday outings because everything is just so good! I can't get enough of the brown butter bourbon truffle ice cream! Saige went with Chocolate Moose Tracks in a Cup and Deacon chose Mint Chocolate Chip in a cup! I went with Coconut Chocolate Almond Kiddie cup and man was it Freaking Delicious!! A big NO NO Lisa! But I could not resist! Kayla Beth Fields went with a cup with Butter Pecan! To be truthful we were too busy eating to take pics! If we had sat down, I probably would have gotten a few! Some of the best ice cream I've had. I got black cherry and cotton candy and my friend got orange sherbet. I really liked the black cherry, because it has cherries within the ice cream and it added to its delicious flavor. Cotton candy was standard cotton candy flavor, so I was in heaven. My friend said the orange sherbet was pretty good, but he said there was no tang to it, just sweet. Customer service wasn't the best, but it's an ice cream joint, so that's not really something I care about. Overall, I would recommend coming here to cool down and have some delicious ice cream. read more

Service not that great but understandable because the workers are kids themselves, high school age, still learning social skills while interacting with customers, their technique and waiting on customers will only improve over time. My real problem was with the quantity and price of their ice cream sugar cone, originally I was going to get the extra small for $4.75 but then decided to get the small for $.75 more for $5.50, well I couldn't believe it was only one scoop the size of a small tangerine. Grant it that the ice cream was good but I could've bought 2 half gallons of a top name ice cream at a supermarket, convenience shouldn't be highway robbery, it was a big time rip off, 1 and done, back to Dairy Queen. read more

Me and my husband walked in and not only were we not greeted but we were not asked if we needed any help whatsoever. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with coconut chocolate ice cream. It also had walnuts and a little bit of homemade whipped cream on top. The ice cream was delicious! I love coconut so this flavor was right up my alley. I also loved that they offer free doggy ice cream, (a little bit of vanilla in a bowl). I typically do not give my dog ice cream, but he turned two today so we celebrated with a yummy treat. I thought he was going to eat the bowl when it was all gone LOL! The service was excellent. The staff were super nice and moved the line quickly. The location was convenient just a few blocks from A1A. And they offered 48 different flavors to choose from. WOW!
