After a hot day on the beach nothing sounds better than cold ice cream. We stopped by Hershey's en route back to our campsite. The young distracted workers were busy chatting in back but eventually came out to help us. They had lots of flavors to choose from and gave us samples of some. We all chose our cones and sat up front to eat them. While eating we noticed how dirty and nasty the floor and surrounding areas were. The front door looked like the glass hadn't been cleaned in ages and the floor was sticky and grimy. The ice cream was good and hit the spot. Not blown away but ok. read more

So great! I came here with my two kids and I was blown away with not only how many flavors there were, but by the originality of the flavors. My daughter got "play-doh" (a bright yellow vanilla ice cream with chunks of brightly colored cookie dough). They also had a "super man" flavor which looked colorful and yummy, and a ton others. I got the simple ice cream because this was my first time here. If you can't make simple ice cream what makes me think you can make more complex ice creams? I tried the Butter Pecan and Pistachio in a sprinkle waffle cup. The Pistachio was very bland and the Pecan was incredibly sweet and the Pecans didn't taste good. This is the first time I've ever visited this establishment, and I absolutely adored it. Customer service was exceptional, and the employees got through the long line with great haste. They were also extremely nice and, might I add, had impeccable music taste. When I received the change from the money I gave them and dropped it into the College Fund jar, the employee at the register was very grateful. Of course, I can't leave a review on a restaurant without actually mentioning the food. I ordered Superman ice cream, and unlike other establishments I've visited, the different colors in the dessert had their own fruity flavors instead of just a sugary mush of the same flavor, which was delicious and refreshing. All in all, the combination of hearing a familiar song, making somebody smile, and absolutely delectable ice cream turned my uncomfortable, anxiety-ridden night right on its head, and if I could rate more than five stars, I would. read more

So good!!! They have tons of flavor options that are unique to Hershey's and there portions are huge. Be warned! They also have a few frozen yogurt options. They were pretty busy because it had just started to rain however the staff was very efficient and friendly. I ordered raspberry chip fy and chocolate moose tracks and i was very impressed. I have visited this establishment many times. First off, the ice cream is fantastic. The service is wonderful. However, my last visit entirely ruined all previous pleasures. I ordered a banana split. After a hot day we stopped here to get some ice cream. Very cool little place. The owners were very nice and they had a lot to choose from.
