I pity those poor souls to have to sing every time they get a tip, though. Ice cream is always good, no matter what flavor you're looking for. The next time I give this place a chance. I'm going to have my phone out and record everything until I get my ice cream. They lucky it didn't process through my mental at the moment because I was shocked and upset. Now this is my first time at this location, the line was really long and I waited with no issues. Behind me the long was still long. The employee playing with the cup of my ice cream decides to flip it in the air and a lot of the ice cream fell to the ground. While the manager was bending down while on the phone doing only Gods knows what. The employee bends down to tell the manager what happened. I couldn't hear her response but me thinking he was going to throw the ice cream out and do a whole new one. He had the audacity to flatten the ice cream in the cup to make it look nice while he was bent to the ground in the process and had the AUDACITY to try to play it off and give it to me like if I didn't see none of that. My husband was having a birthday on August 20 and we decided to go and see the Daytona Beach Tortugas play a nice game against the St. Lucie Mets at the Jackie Robinson, Stadium, and the cold stone creamery provides a birthday cake delivery service to the ballfields and they have many many cakes to choose from so I highly recommend it. It was there within two hours before we showed up at the stadium, so thank you cold stone creamery. We had the chocolatey cake with the little pirouettes of chocolate on top. I can't remember the name of it, but it was delicious and they put it in the freezer when they took it to the ballfield. I had to give away half of the cake because it wouldn't make it home, but those kids in the concession stand really love that cake. read more

Walked in and and was immediately greeted by the workers who were all very friendly and patient. We had our three children with us so they each needed to pick their own signature flavors . Their was one worker who was being trained and I can honestly say he was working so diligently and put in every bit of effort to be sure our order was correct and we were served in a timely manor. I definitely appreciated the effort he put into serving us today. The young lady training him helped to fulfill our orders as well and she was amazing and so patient with the training process as well as performing the task of filling orders. This establishment was very clean during our visit. The menu's are hung in the front and the back of the restaurant so you can see them regardless of where you are in the store this Definitely makes the ordering process go much faster as you can decide what you want while you are waiting . Overall we had a great experience here today and the ice cream was delicious. One of the best waffle cones I've had in a long time and the serve them warm ( yummy ) . I had the German chocolate cake signature flavor and it was a chocolate lovers dream !! Chocolate ice cream ,with chocolate cake, coconut and pecans all wrapped up and a delicious little bundle tucked inside a warm waffle cone !! I've never been there before so I really didn't know the scoop or anything work.they did not want to take the time out to explain or help me. when I ordered my kids things they walked it down and told me it was over by the register before I was even done ordering the rest of my stuff. Tried something new this time- cookie dough on bottom of the cup- sweet cream ice cream then whipped cream & chocolate shavings on top. My baby girl & I loved it! So yummy! Delta airlines and cable companies provide better customer service than this place. I arrived 15 mins prior to closing time with a group of 3 friends. A couple minutes later the employees locked the door. Other potential customers who arrived after us, yet still prior to closing, were turned away. We thought we were lucky..... 30 or so minutes later we were almost to the front of the line. A woman and her daughter who clearly knew one of the staff members was let in to the shop. The staff member yelled "Whatchu want?" to the woman, they had a brief conersation, and then the employee started prepping ice cream for the woman who had JUST walked in. My wife and Daughter both love this place and it is a must stop most of the times when we are down here. The price is on the higher side but you pay for the quality. They also have ice cream cakes that they will decorate for you in a freezer. Great for last-minute parties at the beach. Very sweet and creamy so get a smaller size than you think you'll be able to eat so you don't feel sick afterwards. I indulged in the Oreo Overload and enjoyed every bite. If you're an oreo fan this one's for you. My boyfriend had one created with the cheesecake flavored ice cream and it was equally as delicious. I'm surprised I'm the first one to review this place considering this is right smack in the middle of the beach. I am now starting to think that a creamery is different from an ice cream parlor. My wife had a chocolate jello pudding ice cream, and I had the mint ice cream in a waffle cone with chocolate chips on top. After having this I would compare this place more to Marble Slab Creamery vs Baskin Robbins. I find this ice cream to be very creamy (go figure), and after eating it I almost feel sick from being full. Creamery ice cream is just too thick for me.
