Great ice cream and friendly young people as waiters!! Many different ages frequent this Dairy Queen. It has very nice out door tables and chairs and is shaded. It was very comfortable outside on a hot day. The service was very quick and they were friendly. read more

Stopped in to get a cool treat. The gentleman on duty, Xarshall (sp?), was very pleasant. While sitting there, he served elderly and folks with toddlers. Everyone was served with patience and kindness. Kudos! read more

Horrible customer service. Kids working there aren't efficient at all. Always a long line. Takes 3 kids to make an ice cream it's ridiculous. The young girl there in the evening is incredibly rude. She gives you ugly looks and constantly messes up our order. I'm almost 100% sure it's on purpose because the same things always happens she doesn't dip my kid's cones. How hard is it to mess up an ice cream order unless you hate your job. The owners of this franchise should be more present at their store because they are letting these kid employees that can barely preform their jobs ruin their business. I would rate 0 if I could!!! The kid working today around 520-525pm should NOT be working a customer facing position. I came in to pick up and, kind you, my order was already late. I told him I was there for pickup and said he'd be right with me. No big deal, right? He finished what he was working on and handed it to the customer and I said "I'm just picking up the two mini blizzards" and he's like "well you should get in line like everyone else if you want your food." I told him "ummmm I'm not ordering I'm picking up" He told me picking up an order doesn't entitle me to cutting the line and being bitchy. Excuse you??? He tried to tell a customer in line to go ahead of me but she refused and told him to just hand me my order He went to the back to get it after scoffing and eye rolling me. When I got where I was going 5 minutes later they were basically melted. I've never been to a Dairy Queen with such horrible service. Never again will I visit a Dairy Queen that employs Ill mannered foul mouthed children. read more

Today at 3:30pm My wife and I, both seniors, visited this Dairy Queen location, which we do too often. The same familiar young hard working staff are usually there, but today was different. We got the same two blizzards we always get. Two minutes into eating them my wife showed me her cup and a medium length straight black hair was coming up out of the ice cream. I said, "no problem, I'll go in and ask them to prepare another." I went back into the store and to the counter and a 40-something man who made the blizzard came to me. I quietly whispered what had happened and asked if he would remake it. He asked me where the hair was. I told him in the cup which I threw away on the way in. With Covid, I saw no point in us handing a cup back and forth. He said that without seeing the actual hair, he would not remake the blizzard. I thought I misunderstood him and repeated what he said, he confirmed and said "yes". It was busy in there so I informed that him I would take it up with corporate. He told me to do that. What an jerk. Instead of just remaking the blizzard, he send me off to corporate. What did he think? That two seniors were trying to screw him out of another blizzard two minutes after handing the first one to me? We will spread the news and invite others to take a few minutes to drive south to the Daytona location. As for that guy, who is probably the owner, may Karma have mercy. And may Dairy Queen make better choices who they give stores to. read more

The sweet treats have definitely gotten better as I have recently seen quite a few different faces throughout this location. It actually seems like the new employees actually care, which, is difficult to find nowadays. I like the fact that they have a different special Blizzard every month- some of them though I wish they would keep around. They also have a great Blizzard Club where they send you coupons periodically for BOGO Blizzard treats (YUM). DQ also offers a small fast food selection to include hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches. At any rate, the interior is very small and if they are busy, the line will be out the door. Other then that, I'm a fan. read more

Don't waste your time. This Dairy Queen does not serve any fried food including hamburgers, chicken strips or French fries. I would recommend that you stay away from Dairy Queen's in general. We have found there is no consistency from location to location. read more

rude impatient owner, quick to try to sell his items but when we didnt LIKE a flavor of their blizzard which he recommended he couldnt be bothered to replace that one out of the 3 we purchased. The blizzards were not mixed correctly and sti had big chunks in them. They were out of snickerdoodle and filled the cups up 3/4 of the way. It is your typical Dairy Queen. Kind of on the small side on the inside, some seats outside. It isn't the most amazing ice cream out there, but they are still pretty good and it makes the kids smile. They are reasonably priced and offered a few fast food type food items in addition to the ice cream treats. They sell ice cream cakes too. read more
