However installation and the headache from the improper set up, I'm still dealing with 3 month later. He (I was told his name was Kevin). Set up spa, filled it, got annoyed with me asking how to maintain after first fill (something I was told by Bob, I would be instructed in at installation). I was also told if it was not done properly, they would come back until it's perfect. After my second question . He said," they should not have sold you a salt spa." Why? I-don't know. I am a female and I was on my own -that, besides my 2 questions was the only thing Kevin knew about me. One of my questions was "So I get measuring right , please tell me how many gallons in this tub. " I have a prodigy. He said 600 Gallons. after his condescending comment about "I should not have been sold a salt tub". I double checked what he said. The tub has 300 not 600 gallon. Three months later I am still dealing with extremely high levels of chlorine. I've added water, my shorts and the bathing suit of my friend were bleached from going in tub. So I check the levels and bring to spas etc to make sure I didn't have faulty strips. No it was off the charts. They don't offer to fix themselves as promised (perfect set up); send me home to fill more and run for hours with the top off. Still it is reading at the highest levels. So I'm left thinking , it is not me who should not have been sold the spa but Kevin, needs retraining on how to set up the spa and put proper amount of chlorine. When I make a mistake , I fix it. if you claim perfect installation, with double checking of chemical levels, I shouldn't have off the charts chlorine level readings 3 months later. He saturated my tub. If it is true that he had 20 years or so of experience, I can't help but think he did it on purpose, to make his self fulfilling prophesy of me not being able to handle owning a salt spa come true. I was insulted and left with a tub that was Saturated in chlorine. They suggest I go in it at these high levels "To bring the chlorine levels down. "Oh- it will just dry out your skin?" I'd give a half star for customer service/installation if I could. To boot Bob calls me and goes out of his way to tell me I should leave it in 5 output. Again this was right after installation. For 1 person using it 3-4 times a week, that is not suggested on line- that is high output. I guess it's funny to mislead your customers.... Not happy with my experience there at all.

We decided to wait to leave our review because, in our opinion, it's hard to get an honest review when you're in the "honeymoon phase" of a purchase like this. It was during the height of Covid that we decided to purchase a spa and we did so because, like everyone else, we were going NOWHERE and needed something to pick up our spirits. After researching several spa dealers throughout central Florida, we decided to go with Christie, based on all the positive reviews. And it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We decided on the Radiance L spa by Dynasty Spas. In the showroom, it was a beautiful spa with all the bells and whistles (stereo, lights, fountain, and jets galore, to include a shoulder massage corner). Unfortunately, our issues started with the delivery. There were just two guys that delivered this huge spa and while they did the best they could, they accidentally damaged two panels on the spa enclosure. Enter Christie.. She was very responsive to our phone call and sent someone out in a timely manner to address our issue. A short time later, the blower stopped working. We later learned this was due to debris from manufacture packaging getting sucked into the blower. Again, Christie sent someone out in a timely manner to replace the blower. Unfortunately, that person accidentally knocked a hose loose and nearly all the water drained from the tub before we discovered the leak. For the third time, Christie promptly sent someone out to repair the leak. Additionally, she provided us with a generous amount of spa supplies for our troubles. We have not had any problems since then and have been thoroughly enjoying our spa. None of our mishaps were Christie's fault. She was a trooper throughout the whole ordeal, following up and ensuring we were completely satisfied in the end. She excels at customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. If we were to buy another spa in the future, we would definitely go back to Christie. The pool was never cleaned properly and the walls were always brown. Every time the tech left the vacuum cleaner had to be put back together. He would not even make sure it was working properly. This company cleaned my pool for approx 3 months and the last time the payment was to be taken off my credit card it had expired. It took me 3-4 days to get another card on file. Well they didn''t show up that week for cleaning and got an email this morning that they could no longer service my pool with no reason. i wouldn't recommend this company to clean my pool because it is never correct and clean when they finished.

Don & Lori were on the job everyday and if one had to leave the other was sure to be here. At the time when I spotted this person who installed this pool ( wife )was aware of it but she ignored it and had the pool guy who we hired to clean the pool use something to mask it. So be aware of this when you use this pool company.
