You need phosphate treatment which is a long draw process and expensive Tried selling me a$50 bottle to do over a 3 day process scaring me half to death my new pool was going to turn green. I understand that this can happen but couldn't understand how within a week little rain this could happen so fast. I left the store without buying anything and called a very honest well established pool services my neighbors all recommended. He came out tested water and said "Your pool is balanced and does not need anything " please beware of what pinch a pinch says they are in the business of selling chemicals. The pool was so bad the water had to be drained and refilled. They didn't take or provide a water reading so you can imagine our water bill. Labor Day 2022...GREEN POOL AGAIN!!! Sent a text message with photos to an employee and Maurice...again the company was unresponsive. Called the office today only to receive the pre-recorded message they are Out Of Business. Not even the courtesy of a letter or recommendation of another pool service. Poor business etiquette and performance. Their trademark is "We make vacation water" they should add the word occasionally.
