We had a tight timeline because we were having company in a few weeks. They started the demo on the day they said they would and we had a functioning bathroom by the time our company arrived, as promised. They were responsive and helpful with our concerns and Ray even found a few more imperfections and brought his guy back in to fine tune. This has been as positive an experience as a remodel can be! Great people, great company.

Since we would have to take out most of the tile, we thought we would redo the entire shower. While walking through the Bel-Air shopping plaza, we came across a showroom for CNY. They do kitchen and bathroom renovations so we walked in. We met Ray and Anneliese and immediately felt very comfortable to work with this company. My wife and I sat down with the team and chose all of the items to be added to the shower after Ray came out to take measurements. The final price came in at $15,000 and a quarter of that was put down to start the project. Once all the specialty items were ordered and in the project started. Victor started with demolition and finished at the installation of the tile. He was amazing and very nice and respectful. Did a great job not making a mess as demo tends to do. Next came Cory who finished the job and was also very polite and did a fabulous job. Our guests now have a new shower to enjoy with the latest upgrades and a spa look.

At the end of the day, Ryan personally got involved and corrected our issues. He and the team went over and beyond on this one! Our beautiful kitchen was purchased from them and that experience from start to finish went together without a glitch. Our next kitchen project will definitely be done by Kitchen Gallery!

We were referred to Kitchen Gallery by our real estate agent, Al Wilson, and worked closely with Laval Begin throughout the design and planning process. Laval was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. He produced very detailed plans and made excellent functional recommendations. One example was placing a slide-in microwave next to the stove, which eliminated the need to reach over the range--something that has made daily use of the kitchen much safer and more convenient. This was not a simple cabinet replacement. The project involved removing the existing kitchen, cutting into drywall, replastering portions of the ceiling, electrical and plumbing work, removing part of a wall, and even locating and installing matching floor tile. Despite the complexity, every aspect of the work was handled carefully and professionally. Everyone involved--designers, installers, and tradespeople--was consistently helpful, highly competent, and easy to work with. While part of the project took longer than we initially expected, this was clearly due to the scope and complexity of the work rather than any lack of effort or organization. Communication throughout the process was solid, and issues were addressed responsibly. There was one unexpected issue when the cabinet manufacturer could not supply the exact quality level we had ordered. Kitchen Gallery handled this situation extremely well and upgraded us at no additional cost to a higher-quality cabinet line, which spoke volumes about their professionalism and integrity. The end result is a kitchen that is both beautiful and highly functional. We are very pleased with the outcome and would confidently recommend Kitchen Gallery to anyone considering a well-designed, well-executed kitchen renovation.

Now we have to do a bathroom over because they got self-leveler in the shower. Nothing is matching the way I wanted. They sent baseboards that wouldn't marry up with those on the stairs. They damaged the drapery. They scratched and dented so many things. I am very dissatisfied. They put chemicals into the pan that I use for water for my 7 dogs that would have killed them if I had not seen it. They used these chemicals to try to get thinset off of the curtains that they got on there. They don't tell you any prices until the very end, and then you go into complete cardiac arrest. The counter top they proposed was $13,000. We almost had a heart attack. I have standard sized cabinets, and I want to get back into the house ASAP, but they wanted to go with custom cabinets, adding time and money to the project. They take something thats $200 and make it $600 by "custom" making them. They made such a big deal about it. Now I'm making a big deal. They said they would carefully take the pantry shelving unit out that was installed by rooms-by-design and then reinstall it. Instead, they destroyed it and hauled it off in a dumpster. Now I have nowhere to put my groceries. Thank you Prosource.

I had…read moreplanned some modifications to the kitchen and when I began calling in contractors, it seems everything was a major project and going to cost me TONS of money. I remembered that Cabinets-to-Go was often used in one of the HGTV shows so I looked up and found the Holly Hill store. I looked up their reviews and let's just say I wasn't impressed. I decided to go to the store and was pleasantly surprised. Apparently they had some staff turnover for a period of time which led to some reviews not being too complimentary. I was greeted by Kris as soon as I walked in and she began to help me with the various cabinets. She let me know that the Malibu White style, which is a white shaker, was one of their stocked cabinets and that they usually ship within a couple of weeks. Kris immediately worked up a design for me based on a floor plan I gave her. I had already received a quote from a big box store without installation and her quote was less than half that quote and it included installation!! The cabinets themselves are really well made - beautiful finish, soft close doors, nicely finished interiors and plywood boxes. I had changed the layout of the kitchen a few times and Kris was really helpful in doing the redesign and updating the estimate. I believe I placed my order on a Tuesday and received a call the very next week saying my cabinets were in and they were ready to deliver. The big box store had told me because of COVID, everything was on delay and that their cabinets were probably not going to be delivered for 3 months. And although Kris told me they were in stock, I still figured I'd be waiting at least a month, but no, they were ready to deliver the very next week!! They delivered the cabinets and the installer from Cabinets-to Go-installed them within a couple of days after the delivery. They look absolutely fantastic and I am so pleased with the remodel! The value received for the money is incredible and the cost of installation was extremely reasonable. It was a pleasure working with Kris and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.
