Like many people in Volusia county, my house flooded in the last storm. So, I was on the hunt for a…read moreflooring company. I had two options based on reviews. I'll be honest they were not my first choice (I was looking for an all-in-one, drywall/flooring) but I am VERY happy that I ended up working with them. The first thing that I loved was the communication! Sheri was AMAZING with scheduling and reaching out to me to get my home measured. Even following up to see if I had made any decisions to move forward with them. After literally months I reached out and they welcomed me back. I was able to come into the showroom to pick out flooring the same day that I called. I was able to get TWO quotes within 36 hours of choosing the two options that I liked. Upfront you are required to pay the cost for supplies (depending on your house size) and then the labor after the job is done. I will say I did have a week push back from the day that I was supposed to start HOWEVER, once they started they worked hard daily and got the job done in a week. They moved (and put back) the furniture that I could not move. They completed the job in a way that I would still have access to my home (with 2 boys). Came at the exact time that they said they would daily and all of the workers were very nice. Hyman is the "big man in charge". His communication is great, pricing is great, he and ALL of his workers are great. I highly recommend this company. My floors are beautiful, I got the tile that looks like wood. The showroom has TONS of options.

Had a terrible experience from Greens Flooring concepts. The owner ( who claims to be licensed and…read moreinsured) did not prep my floor properly and used the wrong underlayment for my lvp floor. After a professional inspection was done and found him to be at fault, he denied he was at fault, never came to look at my floors, and I'm left with 1800sf $8000 worth of floor that has all lifted and separated. I have an attorney now which is costing me more money. I don't recommend this company as he claimed to be insured yet didn't offer to fix my damages. Worst customer service ever! Big thumbs down to this company.

I was unfortunately in a tight jam and urgently needed flooring done at one of my properties and prior to doing deeper research I hired Richard to instal carpet & flooring.
