I had to call them several times to remind, they stood me up twice and then after they removed the rug that took under 10 minutes, he informed me that he had a $150 minimum. He never once mentioned that before they finally showed up. I refused to pay that, gave him $60 which was still more than they deserved for the work, and ushered them out the door. They are a couple of bums who think they can take advantage of an elderly lady like me.

After dealing with water damage from a leak coming in from my front door, I had multiple people try to fix the issue previously, and no one could figure it out. Robert came in, identified the problem, and fixed it properly. They also addressed my sliding glass doors, which had been ongoing issues. His team replaced my flooring, and it came out beautiful. They also took care of the finishing details, including trim work and baseboards, which really completed everything. They clearly knew their trade, were efficient, and their craftsmanship showed. Robert and his team really came through when I needed it. Everything turned out great! I would absolutely use them again. And highly recommend them

They remodeled the bathroom, replaced every window, installed a ramp, and enhanced the lighting--but what really stood out was the team. Every person who worked with us was personable, kind, and clearly cared about more than just doing the job. Rob and his project managers (Dan and Brian) were always easy to reach, listened closely to our concerns, and made helpful suggestions. You can tell this company truly values the people they serve. We're deeply appreciative and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Just a couple weeks after…read morehe finished the work we noticed that the fence was already falling apart and that he had not even fastened the brackets holding the fence together with screws or nails. Many of the top cross pieces on the arbor sections have fallen off. Most of the fence sections have pulled away from the posts and will need to be replaced. We spent $20K on this fence. When I contacted Jacob a couple weeks after he finished the job he said he had moved to Florida and that I should call another fence company about his shoddy work. I would not recommend his company. He did a terrible job and then left town.

We also pre-paid Jacob like our neighbor to mow our yard while out of town. Unfortunately we have not received the number of mows we paid for and now he has gone dark and unresponsive. Not a good way to set up your business practice. If anyone thinks to check Yelp for reviews on Jacob - you might want to re-consider having him do anything for you unless you can afford to pay and not get any results!Up

Use this business at your own risk…read more I hired Richard to install run wiring and install outlets around my pool. Even though I had the support beams clearly marked, he installed two of the four outlets in the wrong place. When I pointed it out, he said he'd run out and get additional materials to fix it. Never saw him again. He has more excuses than you can imagine, and his communication skills are non-existent. Didn't clean up afterwards, so I had to remove bits of wire, plastic, PVC and an energy drink can from my landscape beds. Five weeks later, I had to hire another electrician to complete the job. Best advice I have to offer is STAY AWAY from this guy.

I purchased my home here in Palm Coast, FL on Oct 18, 2021. I met a lot of contractors to do the work, and finally chose to hire Jose Collado (AG Construction aka AG Pavers) after doing a lot of research for the best option. Since I was new to the area, I relied on past review history and am so glad I hired Jose. Check him out on home advisor/Angie's list. His crew and work staff were timely, respectful, and did a very good job. He oversaw quite a few projects: Pavers - patio, porch, side, and pathway around garden (completed October) Flooring entire interior (completed October) Interior and Exterior Painting (completed October) Master and Spare Bathroom updates (completed February) Lighting throughout house (completed October) Kitchen /laundry room renovation (completed February) Lots of other little add-ons were also done, I can't begin to list them all! The few delays we had were due to delays in receiving bathroom and kitchen cabinets, but workers were super at planning around it. When I look back and consider what was becoming a new norm - all the crazy supply issues, and ability to even find good workers, I am amazed how blessed I was to see it all get completed within four short months. Jose's crew began work 10/20/2021 and had it all done by February! Jose was a great communicator and easy to work with. He helped oversee an excellent group of guys who all worked to make my Palm Coast house a "brand new" and cozy home. These guys are honest and work to complete satisfaction. You won't be disappointed if you hire Jose.
