Only after calling the office to find out where the electrician was, did the receptionist say that they would arriving between 2-2:30. They arrived shortly after 2 PM, and claimed they were never told what the time window was for the appointment! What??? The best part was they said they were there to just provide a quote and did not have what we needed to move an existing 2 plug outlet up 3 feet on the wall and make it a 4 plug outlet! This is after we had specified this request on the initial call with the 2 women who answer the phone and schedule appointment! What sort of business are you running??? So disappointing! Believe it or not our time is just as valuable as your time! We waste our entire morning and part of our afternoon waiting around for nothing!!! Our builder used your company when building our home and now I have concerns on all our electrical wiring if you have people running your day to day operation like this! Such a shame!

TIC-TOC TIC-TOC Time is money and that's all Quantum thinks…read moreabout! BEWARE - You are being charged PER minute. Contacted them as we needed an outlet box installed under our kitchen sink. Asked about cost and we were told estimates are free. Electrician comes and begins to see what it entails and an hour and 40 mins later, after he struggled sliding out the dishwasher, the work is done and the bill is over $525!! But where was the free estimate?! Never happened! But why?? After questioning this astronomical cost, we're told it's $175 an hour plus parts. They reduced the cost by 20 mins, as they tried to charge 2 hours of time and not 1:40 minutes, bringing it down to $467! Outrageous!! TIC TOC, TIC TOC - Time is Money! Maybe this is the going rate, but customers should know that going in and not sneakingly hit you some absurd bill when you think the service is being evaluated for an estimate. And they must had been some expensive parts for an outlet box, some wire and a plug. Totally sucks to think you're waiting on an estimated cost to never get the estimate, just an overpriced bill! They never gave us the option to accept or decline the estimate as there was none!! Had we known it was $175 an hour to install an outlet, we would had passed on this company. I guess that's why when we originally asked what the cost would be, it was kept a secret until too late. So my advice is if you have no other company to choose from, don't talk to the electrician, because time is money and you're being charged for every minute of conversation or friendliness you may want to show. Pretty sad that everything is always about money. Although the electrician was very friendly, I would not recommend this company, unless you have a signed agreement on the price, or estimate if you get one, before the work begins or you could be in for a shafting! And in the end, we never even received a bill, an invoice or any breakdown of the outrageous price we paid. Sad!
