He has installed and checked fire alarms, pendant lighting, bubble lights, lights behind a large mirror (my favorite), fans with lights, and reprogramed a lighting system. (All five lights were coming on at the same time, in the kitchen, from one switch. Now, I have options). Love it. Mark has also installed new vents in the master bathroom. One was a vent with a fan in the water room. He also redid my lights in the laundry room. Mark also installed my outside lighting. He is always on time, works in a timely manner, and charges a fair price. He has a very high sense of ethics. He willingly shares any knowledge to insure your understanding of what needs to be done. TIC-TOC TIC-TOC Time is money and that's all Quantum thinks…read moreabout! BEWARE - You are being charged PER minute. Contacted them as we needed an outlet box installed under our kitchen sink. Asked about cost and we were told estimates are free. Electrician comes and begins to see what it entails and an hour and 40 mins later, after he struggled sliding out the dishwasher, the work is done and the bill is over $525!! But where was the free estimate?! Never happened! But why?? After questioning this astronomical cost, we're told it's $175 an hour plus parts. They reduced the cost by 20 mins, as they tried to charge 2 hours of time and not 1:40 minutes, bringing it down to $467! Outrageous!! TIC TOC, TIC TOC - Time is Money! Maybe this is the going rate, but customers should know that going in and not sneakingly hit you some absurd bill when you think the service is being evaluated for an estimate. And they must had been some expensive parts for an outlet box, some wire and a plug. Totally sucks to think you're waiting on an estimated cost to never get the estimate, just an overpriced bill! They never gave us the option to accept or decline the estimate as there was none!! Had we known it was $175 an hour to install an outlet, we would had passed on this company. I guess that's why when we originally asked what the cost would be, it was kept a secret until too late. So my advice is if you have no other company to choose from, don't talk to the electrician, because time is money and you're being charged for every minute of conversation or friendliness you may want to show. Pretty sad that everything is always about money. Although the electrician was very friendly, I would not recommend this company, unless you have a signed agreement on the price, or estimate if you get one, before the work begins or you could be in for a shafting! And in the end, we never even received a bill, an invoice or any breakdown of the outrageous price we paid. Sad!

We purchased our home in July, and shortly after moving in, the air-conditioning system needed…read moreservice. This company had installed the unit in December 2025, meaning it was not even eight months old and was still within their stated one-year parts and labor warranty. The home also came with an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty, so we initially contacted AHS. Their technician came to the home, looked at the unit and the installer's sticker, and advised us that because the system was still covered under the original contractor's one-year warranty, the installing company should handle the service. We then contacted this company expecting them to honor the warranty on the system they had installed only months earlier. Instead, we were told that because an AHS technician had come out and looked at the unit, they would no longer honor their installation warranty. To be clear, AHS did not repair or alter the system. Their technician simply inspected it, saw the installer information, and directed us back to the original contractor because the unit was still under warranty. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A one-year parts and labor warranty should mean something, particularly on a system installed less than eight months ago. Using the fact that another technician merely looked at the unit as a reason to disregard the remaining warranty is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. Anyone considering using them for a new HVAC installation should make sure they fully understand exactly what circumstances the company may use to deny or void its warranty before doing business with them. we certainly will contact your lawyer.
