They INSTALLED NEW VALVES so we could shut the water off and work on the heater. The original outdated brittle plastic valves wouldn't work anymore & changed to state of the art brass ball valves. The installation was flawless AND they cleaned up the area around the water heater as well. FIVE STARS IS MY RATING AND IT WOULD BE TEN IF ALLOWED. Josh and Dave are simply the best!!!!"

We have used Terry's previously when our water heater went out at Thanksgiving and they did a great…read morejob. So, when we found a leak under our kitchen sink yesterday (while preparing for a block party) they were our first thought. To fix the leak with a long term solution, they fixed the plumbing under our sink so it would not have so many areas of connection (less points to leak). We realized the previous work was done only with a compression (no adhesive, etc.) so they corrected that also. Since they had to come out anyways, I asked them to look at our master toilet and they replaced the guts so that it will fill correctly going forward. Terry's plumbing (and Jason) are timely, professional, and courteous. Thanks for another great job!

They told us some of the extra charge was for fill dirt. We are very disappointed with the finished product. They did not fill the hole completely. We now have a safety issue when we exit our back door. I did call and talk with them and the tech came back out and did a little more but it is still an issue. As soon as we get some rain we will have a hole outside our back door to fall in. I really wish the outcome was different. I would suggest not making the final payment until you are satisfied with the completed product. They did not knock to say they were done for us to check the job. They just loaded their machine and left. Very disappointed

e had a very disappointing experience with this company and their technician, and I am sharing this…read morein hopes that management will take this seriously and respond. When the technician arrived, my wife answered the door and he didn't introduce himself -- he simply stood there and bluntly said "you got a leak." After she acknowledged, he walked into the house without any professionalism or courtesy. He did not wear shoe covers or take any basic steps to respect our home. The leak detection diagnosis he provided turned out to be completely wrong. Based on his direction, I ended up taking apart a large portion of my kitchen -- removing granite countertops and cabinets -- only to later discover the leak was nowhere near where he said it was. This caused unnecessary disruption, time, and expense. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and incorrect diagnosis was extremely frustrating. I expect the company to review this situation, explain how this happened, and reach out to discuss how they intend to make this right. I will be documenting this issue and filing a complaint with Florida consumer protection authorities as well as escalating this to Mr Rooter corporate if it is not addressed. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company for leak detection until this matter is properly resolved. I will update this review based on the company's response.

The installer, Jeremy 3, yes more than one, lol, arrived at promptly at 830 am ready to install. As I watched, Jeremy 3 meticulously removed the defective water heater and replaced with the new one. I noted that the install was much more professional and secure than the original by the builder. He was assisted by Jeremiah, an apprentice.
