When they did the electrical maintenance they proposed that I have all new wiring. We had a new electrical panel within the last 3 years. I declined. However I did have a disconnect for the AC done. The charge for that was way too high. I called to get a breakdown by material and labor but they said they did not provide that. I couldn't believe that. I bought wha I thought was a new generator from Amazon made by Westinghouse Company. When new Adam came to my house and asked me if I was taken out of the box and ran it did not produce electricity. Adam came to my house as I am handicapped and had no way to get the generator back to any work station. Adam came to my house and diagnosed the problem right away and made me aware of the cost to fix my generator. Few days went bye he called me and told me he was sorry but generator was not new an had been apart by someone and tried to fix. Amazon and Westinghouse were both not willing to admit or pay for the generator. Adam gave me bad news on Wednesday that it was severely damaged and would cost more to fix it than it was worth.I told him to keep the generator as I had no need for it now broken. Adam suggested I would get a loan from him if a hurricane did form. That's was in my realm a true gentleman and business man who made a offer that was made to me. I thanked him for his honesty and service and to tell Putnam County and Crescent City he was a go to business man and was greatful of his service and decision to make it work out for me. I hope not to have to deal with a hurricane but now I have a way out of the situation. This man sits on a pedestal the future. in my opinion for our citizens needs, community, machinery, marine and any electrical and solar power for our community.
