There answering system is hard to understand and seems out dated. I needed a response recently aa my AC was not working, I called and left 3 messages for someone to get back to me. It was 84° in my house. The next morning I called again. I was asking for a call back. I did recieve one about 9:30. When I voiced my opinion regarding the answering system and the number of times I had called, I was argued with and told to get someone else and was hung up on.
