When I signed my contract with them, they informed me that pest control would come by on Wednesdays, but for the past five months, they've come inconsistently on Mondays and Tuesdays. They also informed me that the lawn mowing guys would come by on Thursdays, but they frequently stopped by on Fridays. Having two dogs that use a doggie door, their inconsistency was a big inconvenience. On the administrative side of things, they are extremely unresponsive. I would send them an email and it would take Kendra two weeks to respond. I would call their office and get no answer. I would ask them to trim my trees and it would take them nearly a month to get someone out to do the job yet they sent me the $800 bill within 24 hours. They are understaffed and completely unreliable. Buyer beware!

The front of our neighborhood looks neglected, which is frustrating after being promised professional care. Communication and follow-through have been lacking, and it often feels like only the bare minimum gets done. Our community tried to end the relationship after the first year, but the company has insisted on enforcing the contract instead of working toward an amicable resolution.
