I had a sprinkler head that was buried underground that I didn't know about, finally come to surface after years. There was a large hole near my home. I asked them to come out and fix that abs check everything. Emma, the receptionist, was kind and patient. She scheduled me on the day of my request. My technician, Slava, called when he was on his way and arrived within the timeframe. He was very nice and got to work quickly once I showed him the issues. He had no problem finding the sprinklers, using the rainbird programmer and fixing my issues. His quote was fair and reasonable. He finished the work faster than he predicted though. I am happy with the results. I would use them again.

I really need to share a great Sprinkler Repair/Service company - Agape Irrigation, LLC…read more http://agapeirrigation.com - out of Lake Mary/Sanford. I had Matt B (Nephew of Jim - Owner) at my home yesterday to service our 8 zone system as our Rain Bird System had an error code. He came out assessed we had a dead solenoid, as well as some heads that required service, and a necessary new pipe and irrigation installation. His initial estimate was on the high end but he later explained to me that it was secondary to potential increase in time (charge by hour), should they encounter tree roots, etc. Made sense to me. The eventual price was quite competitive. I had already written a check for the high end estimate, and gave it to him. When he finished the job, he actually handed it back to me telling me the bill would be ~ $100 less! He could have totally kept the extra money and I would not have known differently. Talk about fairness and honesty! To say we are thrilled with this company is an understatement. Thank you Agape!

He came right out and fixed it but it wasn't his fault, someone had broken a sprinkler and we didn't know. They may have been the most competitive bid for our HOA work, but they are a mow-n-go quality…read moreservice. Anything else needed such as trimming the bushes, hanging limbs, etc. is neglected. As for recent hurricane Irma debris, their mower shoveled common area debris into one of our yard's nearby piles several times, and ran over it, causing much of the debris to spill all over the road. We had spent a week cleaning the yard up of leaves, branches and big limbs into neat piles clear of the road and sidewalk. We had to clean it all off the road. When I called them to report it, the crew was nasty and said they would pile more on top next time! The point was they made a huge mess for us to clean up, then acted very disrespectful and unprofessional. As an HOA board member, I will be voting them off our next approval session.
