I found him to be very knowledgeable and reasonably priced but the best part is he explains everything to me so that I understand and can do what I need to do to keep my pool crystal clear. The most recent job was to replace my old salt system that had stopped working. So not only did he install one but he saw that the original installation had not been wired correctly with my pump which is why the controls part of the system had burnt out. Adam rewired it and then patiently explained what and why he had made the changes and then spent time helping me come up with a schedule for my variable pump and my salt system. I know when I first had the variable pump put in, I was not told anything so had to research and try to figure it out - what RPM and what times etc. Little did I know when I got the variable pump installed, they connected it to the same electrical circuit as my salt system. I won't bore you with the details but he saw a problem (which I didn't know I had but caused the demise of my salt system computer part) and he rewired it and then took the time to explain it all to me. I would highly recommend Adam!

Seabreeze did a pool resurfacing job for me but never finished the job. My mistake was I paid him…read morein full because I had to go out of town to bury my husband then take care of my dying mother who also past away. After the resurfacing the pool continued to leak. Adam promised to fix the leak. He came out several times but never fixed the leak. I had to keep draining the pool, filling the pool, draining over and over again costing me a lot in water. I finally told him he had to hire a leak detection company. which he did. The light was never put back in and the cover to the main drain was never put back in place. I tried contacting him over and over again and he never responded. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays. The resurfacing started in June. He just completely ghosted me. Finally in January, I had to hire another company to put in a new light. The original light would not fit because his crew did not do the resurfacing correctly so the light would not go back in place. The new light cost me another $950.00. Lesson learned, never pay someone in full until the job is complete to your satisfaction. I would never recommend this company.

I had my pool water evaluated and found several inadequate levels of chemicals in the water. I called and left a voicemail regarding my concern. I was informed that Jim had a couple of pools prior to cleaning mine and that He probably was out of chemicals and sand when He got to my pool. That they would correct the issue the next time they cleaned the pool. Jim showed up and explained that most of the levels were acceptable. A couple of days later I received a notice that they were discontinuing the service and I needed to look elsewhere. I should also add that several months ago my pump was not providing a good flow of water through the system. Jim advised that it was probably a valve. I replaced the valve as he recommended but it did not correct the issue. I did some troubleshooting and found that the pool filter was filthy and would not allow water to pass through it...I cleaned the filter and it corrected the issue. I would not recommend "this pools for you"...

Obviously, I needed the help...I called them a few days later (the DAY AFTER HURRICANE MATTHEW!!!). They fixed my pump the next day, didn't over charge me (I did my homework, and got other quotes, their price was beyond fair!) I saw their truck on the road on the same day my pool sprung a leak at the pump. So I thought it…read moremight be fate. I called and made an appt for the next week. The technician Matt called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was polite and explained everything in detail. The original estimate from the cleaning company we use wanted to replace the entire unit. Matt just adjusted a few things and replaced with one o-ring and the leak stopped. He saved us $800!!! This is why you ALWAYS need to get more than one estimate. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs, and we will use them again (but I hope we don't have to LOL!).
