Aqua Blue Pools is a 5 STAR company all the way! They were such a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation and design process to completion. I highly recommend them! If there was an option to give them 10 stars I would have because they are that AWESOME! read more

We chose Aqua Blue Pools for their reputation in our Palm Bay area. We met with other pool builders and we were really impressed by Aqua Blue Pools and the people that work for them. Aqua Blue Pools kept us informed every step of the way. Very professional, staff and crew, and.... the pool was done earlier than expected once we started. I can say, they went above and beyond to make our dream come true within our budget. I am so happy we added a pool to our home, Worth every penny. In summary, the part that we did not address is that Aqua Blue, during this whole process from our initial interest to the end, Aqua Blue helped gather a team of what I would call the best professionals, in terms of them-selves as pool construction, landscape architecture, and con-tractors to help us bring this entire thing to fruition throughout the process, I would have to say, without reservation, that Aqua Blue was the crown jewel in the entire process. I cannot say enough about how awesome this company and the people who work there are! we're just thrilled read more

We had a pool installed with this company and we are very happy with the job they did. They were very professional and stayed on schedule. We have heard horror stories of friends having pools put in and having to wait so long to get it completed or they jacked up the price but these guys completed it even faster than what they had promised and honored the price they quoted. We had to be on a wait list before they even started but that is pretty typical for this area. I tell you these guys did a great job for us. read more

Aqua-Blue Aquatech Pools & Spas - Swimming pool completed. - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me - Melbourne, Florida

I met with Terri on September 29, 2022. She told me about their family-owned company and I was excited to work with them. She told me she would work on the design and quote over the weekend and get back to me. Well - October 28th I received an email from Aqua Blue asking if my quote and design went well. Ummm, no, still hadn't received anything from Terri. I texted her and received a reply on the 31st with an apology for the delay and was told "she would get it over to me tomorrow. On Nov 4th I received a text from Terri to "follow-up on the estimate." Well, I still didn't have one, so what is there to follow-up on? On Nov 8th, I received multiple pictures of a rectangular-ish pool and spa (which was similar to, but not exactly what I wanted). She did give lots of explanations to how her software crashed, she had to re-install it, she didn't know how to use it now, the house wasn't mine so it would look different, blah blah blah. Still NO estimate, but one step closer? Terri's next correspondence was Nov 30 with some notes written out on a design layout that I had given her from my builder of an extension with his "best guess" of size for the pool. I sent her multiple revisions to the extension, though none changed the pool size or location. I FINALLY received a quote on Dec 15th. I immediately replied asking for the plans so I could know we were on the same page with design. January 5th, 2023, YEAH, I received the pictures! It looked beautiful! I called her and told her how much I loved the design. I didn't receive an updated estimate or contract so I asked for those. January 19th, I called and left a voicemail asking for the estimate and contract. I received a text that she was in a meeting and would call me back. That evening she emailed and said "Sorry its so late for my response. My day got away from me and ended with a horrible headache. I've attached the agreement for the pool and screen for you to review. Please let me know if you have any questions or if anything needs to be corrected. If all is agreeable I'll send it through Docu Sign for signatures." Well, I had questions. There were so few details, I didn't know what my $92K would get me other than a rectangular pool and spa. Nothing regarding finishes, tile, deck, etc. But I knew I wouldn't get a timely response and that we would go back and forth over weeks. She texted me the next day and asked if I had a chance to look at the contract then texted the 24th saying she was "unable to reach me." That much is true. I had had enough and was done. it took 3.5 months to get a rendering and contract that was supposed to take less than a week yet still didn't have enough info. I REALLY wanted to use Aqua Blue, but Terri, the owner's daughter, is very hard to work with. Maybe you will have better luck? read more

Great experience for new pool build. Great price and timeline compared to other quotes we got and delivered just as advertised. Whole team was a pleasure to work with, answered all our questions and worked with us to make sure we were happy the whole way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any pool needs. read more

We just had a pool installed by Aqua Blue. They did a great job and the team works really well together. Very knowledgeable, polite, and have a good work ethic. read more

Been working with Aqua - Blue since September of 2022 to get our pool issues repaired. Spa still does not work properly after multiple visits. After authorizing some valve repair work for a second time, the tech is refusing to do any more work and said to use another company. Unprofessional in my opinion. read more

If you are scrolling reviews and are indecisive... STOP SCROLLING!!!!!!!!. Aqua Blue is the pool company you want to use. We used Aqua Blue to design and build our swimming pool. We could not be more pleased. It is a family owned and operated company, meaning that they do the majority of the work themselves and do not sublease out jobs. When we signed the contract, they told us a start date (they actually ended up starting a month earlier than promised) and the contract stated that they would finish within three months (even with the rain delays our pool was finished within three months). Each time we've reached out with questions Aqua Blue responded quickly. The workers who did the build were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Contact Aqua Blue about your new swimming pool. You'll be swimmingly pleased with the results. read more

Beautiful design and build. Completed in timely manner. Cleaned up construction site neatly. Would recommend them highly!

Our pool was just completed by Aqua Blue. Before starting we received quotes from 3-4 other local pool companies. Megan with Aqua Blue was the only one to give us 3D renderings. She didn't just give us one, by the end of it she'd come up with about 10 different designs to help us come up with our perfect outdoor space. While all other companies were 12-18 months out before they would even start, Aqua Blue was completely done less than a year after we signed the contract. We were told they limit how many pools they commit to so they can give everyone efficient and personal service. That was definitely the case for us. Everyone on the job was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are thrilled with our pool and recommend them to anyone who will listen. read more

We would like to commend and recommend Aqua Blue Pools, 638 Washburn Road, Melbourne FL (321-777-2812). We interviewed numerous local pool companies for the installation of a new in-ground pool, concrete decking and screen room. Aqua Blue came in at the lowest bid - no one else came close. We had spoken with some neighbors and heard nightmare stories of pools not being completed for over a year, so we were very cautious and did our due diligent research. We also researched the reviews for Aqua Blue and were impressed with what we read. Aqua Blue is a family owned business with a stellar reputation and has been in business over 50 years. It had been 11 years since we had a pool built to our specifications, but Terry, their sales representative, spent several hours with us hearing our wants and needs and making suggestions and explaining how the pool equipment had been improved since our last pool. We went with her suggestions and have absolutely no complaints - only compliments! Aqua Blue provided us with a timeline of 12 to 14 weeks, and to our surprise they exceeded our expectations. They were actually able to begin construction 4-5 weeks ahead of schedule and completed the entire job several weeks sooner than anticipated. Their employees are top notch, professional, friendly, courteous and clean up the job site every day after their work is done. The owner of Aqua Blue showed up on a few occasions to assist the workers and ensure everything was going smoothly as planned. Their office staff is professional and courteous and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. If you would like to see their outstanding work, feel free to contact us and come and take a look for yourself. From the very beginning Aqua Blue Pools has been the right choice in getting a pool. In a time where all pool companies are being swamped with pool requests, and having difficulties getting items to finish the pool, they were the ONLY company that even came out to give us a quote. We were told up front that it would be a while before they could start building the pool process, but it would happen. Due to covid my first meeting with Meagan was a zoom meeting, and she listened to everything we were after. We signed a contract in September and construction began in February. They are all extremely professional and do the job extremely well, you will not be disappointed. The pool was finished right on time and is amazing !! If you are in search for a pool company start with Aqua Blue you will no be disappointed. read more

Not long ago, I took to the ol' back yard for "another day in paradise." What I saw was dying camphor trees with a proven track record for killing anything within their root systems. Mosquitos thrived in the sweltering heat and humidity. My wife and I had been contemplating a much needed but pricey European getaway when it hit me... Why not invest our hard-earned money in something that would have a lasting impact on our day-to-day lives and increase the value of our home? For most of us, purchasing a screened-in swimming pool is far from a frivolous matter. Securing a loan and choosing a pool company can be a daunting process but I welcomed the challenge... I personally met wth sales reps from TEN different builders, not because I can "squeeze a buck till it screams" but because I needed to trust my contractor. Typically, pool builders require a 10% down payment. Once the installation of the basic tank (floor and walls of the pool) is completed, 60% of the overall payment is typically due. Ouch! This is the point where contractors who mismanage their business and, as a result, find their companies "swimming upstream" often go missing in action, leaving their vulnerable clients in a desperate situation. The tenth and final sales rep I spoke to was Terri (owner's daughter) from Aqua Blue Pools and Spas in Melbourne, FL. The information she provided and how she prioritized it, was music to my ears. She not only recommended the bank that offered and closed the most competitive loan but also assured that Aqua Blue: * is a solvent, debt-free company  * employs insured in-house crews * is a generations-old, family owned business  * uses no subcontractors  * offers competitive pricing while including impressive upgrades  * builds Eco-friendly pools designed for long-term cost efficiency  My wife and I wanted a unique pool, not the kind of cookie-cutter product typically offered by larger, commercial establishments. Dealing with a 3-generation family business makes a difference! Terri recommended a reliable, competitively priced tree surgeon to rid us of our dying camphors and patiently guided us throughout the pool's design process, emailing digital renderings until we had a model we could call our own. Regarding construction, I was told by phone (not contractually) that Aqua Blue tries to perform "a phase a week." To my surprise, the Aqua Blue crew did just that! During the process, one thing became blatantly obvious. Having an Aqua Blue family member present at every phase of construction was invaluable. They not only managed quality control but were always friendly to me, even when I took distracting before and after photos. In addition, the office support crew was readily available, courteously answering questions by phone or email. Three generations of family celebrations makes the difference. Again, the process of installing a custom swimming pool can be unbelievably stressful - or so they say... If Aqua Blue treats you like they treated us, you'll not only be able to relax during the process, you'll be blown away by the results! read more

In May, we contacted Aqua Blue for a design/quote on a large pool and spa, and we had a consult on June 5 with Terri. On June 10, my husband texted Terri asking what the turnaround time was that we could expect a quote. No response. On June 12, he called the office asking to speak to Terri. She was not available. Later that day, she texted saying that she was very busy, but would work over the weekend to get us a design, and that the typical time frame was 7-10 days from date of consult (June 5). After hearing nothing the following week, he called the office on June 19 and asked for Terri. She was not available. It is now June 23 and we have not heard from her since June 12 when she told us how busy she was. I realize it is "only" 18 days after our consult...despite the promise of a 7-10 day quote...however, the non-existent customer service has already turned us off this company. Sad, because we had been referred by a family friend who had their pool built by Aqua Blue 12 years ago. I guess it's under new management? We'll be taking our money elsewhere. read more

We recently had a pool installed by Aqua Blue. There are a few more details to be fixed before we could consider it officially done but we are very pleased with the final product. The company worked with us to design a more 'lagoon' style pool that fits perfectly in our yard to create a small oasis. There were many choices in the build that really allowed for a custom pool. The initial design was a little slow to get going, but once the dig started the company completed our pool as promised. The workers were polite and happy to take the time to explain what they were doing to both my husband and I. If anything wasn't too our liking or the pool needed a little care after the water fill, someone was quick to respond and address our needs. We love the pool and have recommended the company to several of our friends. We look forward to many years of swimming in our beautiful pool! read more

Awesome company owned by the same family since 1969!! Leaders in the pool industry, very knowledgable!!

Looking for quotes for pool installation, we made an appointment with Aqua-Blue. They were as busy as most companies, and the appointment was scheduled three weeks out. The day of the appointment, I called to confirm to make sure what I wrote down was still on the books and someone would be there to meet them. There had been zero communication concerning confirming an appointment. The woman on the phone said yes, we had an appointment, see you at 4. I left work early to meet her, she was late due to traffic - but did call to let me know. Once on our property, she walked right to the back yard, looked around, and asked what we wanted to do. Not having a specific plan, but general information of the basics, we asked for a rectangular pool, with screen enclosure. We would like a quote for with and without a hot tub. She asked me to email the survey of our property, and she would draw up a proposal. As she walked out, I specifically asked what should my expectation be on getting the proposal back. I was told early next week, she would start working it tomorrow. (It was a Wednesday afternoon) Entire meeting took less than 15 minutes. Great. The following week, on Wednesday, nothing received. I called the office, left a message for her. Thursday I called again. Next communication was later that day (3;57pm) "My computer completely shut down wouldn't come back on. Had to take to repair mother board etc. Hopefully picking up this evening" No call, no email, just a odd text to a possible future client. I hope they have more than one computer to do all their business. Friday I called and asked to speak to her "manager" or someone. Turns out, the company representative that came to the house was the owner's daughter. A company that her grandfather started. Her father called me, listened, confirmed her computer had issues and said he would get the quote to me as soon as he could. Friday night at 7:45pm, an email came with a very simplistic "picture" of what our yard would look like w/ pool. We were going to be given a free umbrella holder for the delay? I replied with a thank you, and asked if we could get a quote with a hot tub. Her response a day later, "of course!" It's been over a month and I have yet to see the quote/picture with a hot tub. So, with that "first impression" of the company, with the daughter as the representative, we took our money and business to a MUCH more responsive company with awesome customer service! Not a fan. read more

I was in the market for building a swimming pool. I had an appointment scheduled with Aqua Blue to come out and give me a estimate. After 30 minutes of waiting after our scheduled appointment time I had to call them and see what was going on. The guy who was suppose to come to the appoint said he forgot all about it. He did seem to care one bit that he wasted my time I have to take off. Do not bother dealing with Aqua Blue, there several companies that will appreciate your business. read more

I am so happy with the entire process and the amazing end result of my pool installation with this company! Kept putting off the project due to fear of huge messes and uncertain timelines (all the typical horror stories your friends share). Aqua Blue Pools were amazing from day one, kept me informed each step of the way, finished way ahead of projected time. Everyone that works for or with this company are exceptional in their trade. They really do love what they do and this show in their attitudes. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience and amazing transformation of my back yard. read more

After significant research last year into local pool builders, we chose Aqua-Blue to build our pool. Due to delays in the industry for everyone it was going to be into 2021 before the pool would be built. Why did we choose them? Despite what I see here on Yelp, they have a long standing reputation for quality in Brevard County. We know several people who had them build pools over the last decade and every customer was happy, which says a lot. They wanted to maintain that quality and wouldn't take on more builds than they could manage during the pandemic. Secondly, when we had narrowed our search down to two builders, the custom design they developed was creative and superior to the other designs we saw. The other negative reviews below are about getting the quote and design done. Once you get past that hurdle you'll have a smoother experience. The build has now been finished and we've been very happy with the process overall. Payments were easy via an online portal, and requested at the agreed upon times in the contract. Everyone was friendly during the process and the overall quality looks fantastic. The only issue we brought to their attention early on was taken care of and looks great. Really appreciate all their work! read more

Our pool was completed a bit over 2 years ago and we couldn't be happier. A fantastic crew from start to finish. They did everything they said they would do and fast. These guys take pride in crafting a quality product. If you've ever put in a pool you know this isn't the norm in the industry. I couldn't recommend them more. Fantastic! read more

thought this was a great company, until after they installed our pool, the deck leans back towards the porch so the porch floods every time it rains, when informed aquablue they stated was no issue and if we wanted they would take a sledge hammer to it, took 4 times to finally repair the lights, was told multiple times that there was not a leak, after 1 year finally found and repaired. had their pool cleaning service, big mistake that's why did not know had a leak in salt water pool because they kept dumping chlorine in it because the chlorine level in a SALT water pool was low. The pump they used during construction only lasted 3 1/2 years and had to be replaced, when mentioned to the company that they may want to change products they simply stated never had that issue before. They want your money but do not want to stand behind there work. BEWARE read more

This is the company for your new pool install. After researching pool companies and hearing from others who already had pools built with other companies we decided to go with Aqua Blue. One of the main reasons was this company is family owned and only one subcontractor was involved for the pool plaster finish who were also awesome. They have been doing this for 50 years and the pride in their work and results prove they know what they are doing. Our install started in the heat of the summer and these guys powered through the heat to stay on schedule. The day the pool shell was shot the CEO Albert was there working along with his crew as he said this is the most important part of the build. Special thanks to Dave and (super!) Mario. These guys were awesome as was the whole crew from start to finish. So glad we choose this company. The pool is beautiful and we have received nothing but compliments. Thanks Aqua Blue! read more
