Zach was hired to clean our pool for 3 months and was paid in advance. He was to come every week…read moreonce a week while we were out of town. He came once on 4/26 and stood around while his mother cleaned. Its all on camera. On 4/28 he came back to our house, called said that the pump was broken and needed repair. He would get it done. He called back and said the pump was fixed and wanted a total of $475 for the work. He was paid and he assured us that the pump was working by calling and saying listen to the pump. Again on camera. 20 days later we saw that the pool was turning a dark shade of green and we realized he had not been back to the pool to clean. When contacted he admitted he had not been there because his identity was stolen. Since he apparently wasn't going to clean telling us that he could get it fixed before 'we got home", we contracted with someone else to do the cleaning. When that person came to do the estimate, he said that the pool pump was not even installed. Zach wrote on the box that he had done the work as well. When contacted he made more excuses and after we threatened to call the cops for theft he showed up and put the pump back. He said it wouldn't work because of electrical issues. When we had the pump replaced, the one Zach said he fixed had not had any new parts as stated. IN OTHER WORDS HE LIED STOLE AND CONNED. Now he claims he checked it at home and it worked but hard to say that when a reputable local dealer said nothing had been done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. AND THE REVIEWS HE HAS POSTED ARE FROM HIM AND HIS FAMILY...NOW THAT I LOOK AT IT.

They have been with the company for years and have the experience and knowledge! It showed throughout the process. They didn't try and sell me things I didn't need but were there with a fair price when I discovered the pool light was defective and needed replacement. They work hard on keeping you happy and answering all of your questions both before, during, and after the pool was refinished. Danny even took a little time to show me how to test my pool water correctly and offered numerous valuable tips on how to keep the pool in tip top condition. If I could give no stars, I would. This company is terrible! They tried to take advantage of me…read moreafter Hurricane Milton washed river water into my pool. They not only estimated an unrealistic time schedule and promised my pool would be recovered within 12 days, but then kept making excuses on why they couldn't start the recovery. They sent their kids out to look at the pool and talk on their cell phones, dump some chlorine and charge me for each visit with no vacuuming of debris. I tried to contact the person in charge of the clean up several times and kept getting the run around. No communication on the treatment and clean up plan or the actual schedule of visits. When I called the office to talk to the manager, I got the same shell game treatment. The day I was going to call and fire them, the manager called to tell me they could not finish the job. She said the owner thought it was a good idea for me to find another company. The owner didn't even have the courage to call me himself. Stay away from 365 Pool Service; they are scammers!

If I could choose no stars, I would. From the very beginning Sutton Pools service team has been argumentative, dismissive, and non reliable. We began with purchasing a heater/chiller that was meant to use remotely for our guests who stay at our beach home. The tech Eric, was very dismissive, who would rather text than pick up the phone and have a conversation. Janice Sutton, who generally responds to email requests and always with a short argumentative reply couldn't be less helpful. Our pool company who services the account noticed the motor recently purchased and installed less than a year ago by Sutton Pools was making a loud noise, so he sent video which I forwarded to Sutton Pools. The motor is under warranty but Sutton refuses to honor that warranty claiming the pool company was to blame for not notifying them sooner. Furthermore, the heater/chiller we installed less than 6 months ago is also leaking. Now Sutton Pools recommendation is for us to pay for a new motor and find a new company to handle the service requests. We would NEVER recommend Sutton to anyone.

When we moved to the area we signed up with aqua rite to come once a week to clean our pool... initially everything was fine we had a great guy coming to clean the pool and then he was promoted and from then on out they kept changing our pool person and each one was just as lazy as the next ... but that's not the worst of it... the manager BJ never did his job never followed up with us on our request to look at the pool pump since it was having issues... I called the office and was told ohh we will be there by Friday.. Friday comes and goes and now it's been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to BJ and still no one showed up and no return calls from BJ... we cancelled them and found a better pool company who actually does what we pay them for. My point being is .. if u want to get continuously blown off by them and the manager BJ and piss money away go right ahead and hire them but if you want actual work and good work at that we highly recommend looking elsewhere or you're money and time will be wasted.
