I once had a house cleaner show up, hoping for a nice, once a year, thorough cleaning. She cleaned with one hand, while talking on her phone with the other. Why am I telling you this? Maybe just to illustrate that the old axiom "It's tough to find good help these days," is alive and well on the Space Coast. Or maybe I just want to draw a contrast between crappy service and the incredible 5-star service I've been getting from Space Coast Pools. I think this guy deserves at least 3 stars just for showing up when he says he will and for being communicative beyond what I expected. He earned the other 2 after the fact. I first called Space Coast Pools, and several other Pool Maintenance companies, all of whom I had to leave messages for. (Understood in that I called during the day, when I'm sure they were busy working.) Brandon called me back within an hour. Only one other company even called me back at all and that was several days later. When I ended my call with Space Coast Pools, Brandon thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." I think my heart skipped a beat. On our initial meeting my pool looked like a FROG SWAMP. It would not have surprised to see an alligator. Brandon didn't hesitate. He added some things to my pool (without any kind of agreement or contract), gave me a good quote for service and promised to be back Tuesday (it was Saturday) to inspect his work and continue service. Again he thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." The very next day our pool was gorgeous. Since then, the pool has never been less than crystal clear and inviting. Plus Brandon remains punctual, polite, and communicative beyond expectation. The only reason I would ever stop using Space Coast Pools is if I die or move to a house without a pool. Even then I might call them!

From start to finish Danny, the OWNER of the company, initiated daily communications with us that kept us informed about the process. We always knew what was coming next and when to expect it. He shared his knowledge and experience about having a pool and provided guidance related to areas outside his scope of work, but key to passing inspections (e.g., pool alarms, sod, fencing, heating, etc.). We had zero "supply chain" issues because Jewell's Pools buys equipment, plaster, tile and other key items for your job BEFORE they start your pool. Each member of his team was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. The job site, our still being used backyard, was cleaned daily. They paid attention to the smallest of details and worked as if they were building their own pool. And 6 weeks from the day he broke ground we had a finished pool! They not only estimated an unrealistic time schedule and promised my pool would be recovered within 12 days, but then kept making excuses on why they couldn't start the recovery. They sent their kids out to look at the pool and talk on their cell phones, dump some chlorine and charge me for each visit with no vacuuming of debris. I tried to contact the person in charge of the clean up several times and kept getting the run around. No communication on the treatment and clean up plan or the actual schedule of visits. When I called the office to talk to the manager, I got the same shell game treatment. The day I was going to call and fire them, the manager called to tell me they could not finish the job. She said the owner thought it was a good idea for me to find another company. The owner didn't even have the courage to call me himself. Stay away from 365 Pool Service; they are scammers!

Sea Turtle pool contractors recommended Little Dipper and I could not be happier with Denise and her husband. A double-team that does double a great job. After the pool was filled back up, they spent a whopping amount of time implementing the correct chemical proportion formula, cleaning the pool, AND the filter, which I was told by the previous guy it needed to be replaced (lazy worker/boss at Archetype Aquatics). They even noticed and used their own money to replace the O-ring on my system so that the solar-heated pool would have a properly flowing system. Also, they labeled all my levers so that in the future, I would know which lever covered what function. The extra work they have put in outside of their normally expected services was welcomed immensely. I would recommend them to anyone in my Capron Ridge Neighborhood (Viera) or time anyone else within their traveling radius!
