Obviously, I needed the help...I called them a few days later (the DAY AFTER HURRICANE MATTHEW!!!). They fixed my pump the next day, didn't over charge me (I did my homework, and got other quotes, their price was beyond fair!) His partner did show, and they would work on getting me a quote for repairing a line and resurfacing our pool deck - that was June 17th and weeks later still have not heard from them and no quote. I guess they really don't need the business - but reading other reviews maybe that is a blessing.

Attentive at first, service starts to go downhill over time. I used this service for three years…read moreand in the beginning, they were good - attentive, consistent, reliable. Over the three years, and multiple service techs, responsiveness and consistency eroded to poor performance. Personnel turnover is an issue. Consumers should beware. Techs seem to last about 2-3 months, then a new person will show up - on any given day (I've had a tech - someone I'd never met before - show up on a Sunday when my regular service day was Friday). I had a leak in my pump return line and it took two weeks to get a response, then when communicated they would be there the next day, nobody showed up. I went from being a priority to being a nuisance - there are a lot more companies out there who want your business, similarly priced, and won't treat you like a nuisance. Go elsewhere.

He quickly discovered a couple major issues and returned the following week with his flippers and snorkel gear and jumped in. My pool is crystal clear in one day! I called the office and was told ohh we will be there by Friday.. Friday comes and goes and now it's been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to BJ and still no one showed up and no return calls from BJ... we cancelled them and found a better pool company who actually does what we pay them for. My point being is .. if u want to get continuously blown off by them and the manager BJ and piss money away go right ahead and hire them but if you want actual work and good work at that we highly recommend looking elsewhere or you're money and time will be wasted.
