They were very receptive to the fact that we work from home and were thoughtful in making sure our gate was secure for our dogs before they left. They removed concrete and LOTS of tree roots, which were removed from the property using a dumpster when the job was complete. The concrete was poured using a cement truck and the two workers took their time to smooth and level the new concrete, and then again after my husband accidently stepped in it. The crew started at around 7:30 am and finished up before 1 pm. They made it work around a very rainy week and the end result looks great. Our HOA was very happy. A solid team that does solid work. They were very friendly, quick, and efficient and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The first company did a great job with the staining, but what they used to seal the table never dried, and was rubbing off. I called Island Wood Werx and explained the problem and they said they could fix it. They took the table to remove the clear top coat and redo it with another clear top coat that would seal. They said it would only take a week, but it ended up taking several weeks and I got concerned. They finally returned the table but instead of the clear top coat, they used a gel stain paint. You can not see the wood anymore and the product scratches and looks terrible. I am so disappointed. I also wonder why the individual had me make the payment out to Treva Brotherton and not Island Wood Werx, but I just wanted them out of my house and I paid them. I paid $1600 and they ruined my table. VERY UNHAPPY!
