I've been dealing with AC issues, and the same mopey incompetent tech, for over a month now…read more My Landscapers, scheduled to come the first Tuesday of every month, show up seemingly whenever they feel like it. I once had a house cleaner show up, hoping for a nice, once a year, thorough cleaning. She cleaned with one hand, while talking on her phone with the other. Why am I telling you this? Maybe just to illustrate that the old axiom "It's tough to find good help these days," is alive and well on the Space Coast. Or maybe I just want to draw a contrast between crappy service and the incredible 5-star service I've been getting from Space Coast Pools. I think this guy deserves at least 3 stars just for showing up when he says he will and for being communicative beyond what I expected. He earned the other 2 after the fact. I first called Space Coast Pools, and several other Pool Maintenance companies, all of whom I had to leave messages for. (Understood in that I called during the day, when I'm sure they were busy working.) Brandon called me back within an hour. Only one other company even called me back at all and that was several days later. When I ended my call with Space Coast Pools, Brandon thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." I think my heart skipped a beat. On our initial meeting my pool looked like a FROG SWAMP. It would not have surprised to see an alligator. Brandon didn't hesitate. He added some things to my pool (without any kind of agreement or contract), gave me a good quote for service and promised to be back Tuesday (it was Saturday) to inspect his work and continue service. Again he thanked me for "the opportunity to 'earn' his business." The very next day our pool was gorgeous. Since then, the pool has never been less than crystal clear and inviting. Plus Brandon remains punctual, polite, and communicative beyond expectation. The only reason I would ever stop using Space Coast Pools is if I die or move to a house without a pool. Even then I might call them!

Zach was hired to clean our pool for 3 months and was paid in advance. He was to come every week…read moreonce a week while we were out of town. He came once on 4/26 and stood around while his mother cleaned. Its all on camera. On 4/28 he came back to our house, called said that the pump was broken and needed repair. He would get it done. He called back and said the pump was fixed and wanted a total of $475 for the work. He was paid and he assured us that the pump was working by calling and saying listen to the pump. Again on camera. 20 days later we saw that the pool was turning a dark shade of green and we realized he had not been back to the pool to clean. When contacted he admitted he had not been there because his identity was stolen. Since he apparently wasn't going to clean telling us that he could get it fixed before 'we got home", we contracted with someone else to do the cleaning. When that person came to do the estimate, he said that the pool pump was not even installed. Zach wrote on the box that he had done the work as well. When contacted he made more excuses and after we threatened to call the cops for theft he showed up and put the pump back. He said it wouldn't work because of electrical issues. When we had the pump replaced, the one Zach said he fixed had not had any new parts as stated. IN OTHER WORDS HE LIED STOLE AND CONNED. Now he claims he checked it at home and it worked but hard to say that when a reputable local dealer said nothing had been done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. AND THE REVIEWS HE HAS POSTED ARE FROM HIM AND HIS FAMILY...NOW THAT I LOOK AT IT.

I received…read morethree estimates from local pool companies and they were within a couple of hundred dollars of each other. I chose Paradise Pools because of numerous recommendations from other homeowners in my area. The team of Danny, Frank, and Pat can't be beat. They have been with the company for years and have the experience and knowledge! It showed throughout the process. They didn't try and sell me things I didn't need but were there with a fair price when I discovered the pool light was defective and needed replacement. They work hard on keeping you happy and answering all of your questions both before, during, and after the pool was refinished. Danny even took a little time to show me how to test my pool water correctly and offered numerous valuable tips on how to keep the pool in tip top condition. Danny is a "detail" person and he was checking everything anyone else did and boy is he fussy! If he didn't like it he did it over. You won't go wrong as long as this team is supervising your project. On final inspection the building inspector complimented their work.

We visited their showroom and where greeted and shown around by Jim while he was asking about our needs. He explained that there was a full 30 day guarantee to all there tub. That day we bought a great Leisure Bay spa and arranged for delivery. The installation was perfectly executed by Chad. A few days later we realized the light switch was not working. A quick call to Jim and Chad was dispatched to change the control unit. Buy doing so, the pump started tripping the power and a new pump was ordered and installed. A few weeks later we realized the water level was always dropping. We open the side of the tub and there was a leak from the filtering compartment. Once again both Jim and Chad came to the rescue. Overall, I believe that Spa King sells excellent products and stands by them. This is probably just minor glitches that can happen to anyone. I strongly recommend Spa King to everyone that is looking for a great tub at a great price and excellent customer satisfaction. Thanks again Jim and Chad for your help. Gerry and Christine
