We had spoken with some neighbors and heard nightmare stories of pools not being completed for over a year, so we were very cautious and did our due diligent research. We also researched the reviews for Aqua Blue and were impressed with what we read. Aqua Blue is a family owned business with a stellar reputation and has been in business over 50 years. It had been 11 years since we had a pool built to our specifications, but Terry, their sales representative, spent several hours with us hearing our wants and needs and making suggestions and explaining how the pool equipment had been improved since our last pool. We went with her suggestions and have absolutely no complaints - only compliments! Aqua Blue provided us with a timeline of 12 to 14 weeks, and to our surprise they exceeded our expectations. They were actually able to begin construction 4-5 weeks ahead of schedule and completed the entire job several weeks sooner than anticipated. Their employees are top notch, professional, friendly, courteous and clean up the job site every day after their work is done. He has always treated us with Stress free and excellent service. Over the past 3 years there have been special requests for additional services, and he always comes through no matter what. Whenever I have an issue with my heater, pump, filter, or anything he is always available for me, to either walk me through, or he comes over to help or fix whatever it is I called him for. Not only does he provide excellent maintenance service, he also offers resurfacing and tiling. Which I have also used his services for. Blue Oasis Pools is a "Get what you pay for" resurfacing pool company. If you have a leak, or…read moresurface problem, he will not correct it. He will simply resurface your pool, and never return. We had a leak, and the area was pointed out, prior to contracting. The tile was removed, but the area behind the leaking, porous tile and grout, was never properly treated, before new tile and Marbelite was applied. Six months after the install, the grout was leaking at a rate of an inch a day! Steve Daignault did not return our calls.
