When issues were raised, William deflected responsibility rather than working toward a resolution. After receiving over $11,000 for a job that was only about 75% complete (on a total contract just over $13,000), he abruptly ended communication, hung up the phone, and told me to "lose his number." Additionally, some of the work completed is now having to be redone due to quality concerns.
