Customer Service called me and said they do, and they would send out a technician. 3/18 - technican #2 inspected the malfunctioning pool heater, informed us the F5 code displayed on the panel indicated bad condenser motor - COST $2,678.56 RESULT pool heater malfunctioned next day 3/23 - technician #2 inspected the malfunctioning pool heater, informed us the F5 code displayed on the panel indicated a bad sensor - COST $209 RESULT pool heater malfunctioned next day 4/30 - technician #3 inspected a malfunctioning pool heater, informed us the F5 code displayed on the panel indicated bad Thermal Expansion Valve - COST $2,744.10. That is ENOUGH! I asked to speak to the owner, Derek Cormier multiple times; however, Technicians #1 and #2, Drew, the Service Manager, and the Customer Service Manager all said, "Drew does not speak with customers".
